Alright, I have to say that you guys seriously rock! As I said above I really do mean beyond words.
On my first order, I was given a free instant shine and a shipping upgrade and I was quite happy, rather ecstatic at the quality of your customer service, but when my second order arrived I was blown away… Literally
I was upgraded on my order from a togo size of instant openness and instant gentleman to the regular 30 ml sizes and I had my shipping upgraded to overnight. Seriously, they way you handle your customers and your customer service is top notch! I wish half the companies I have dealt with in the past were as good as you guys are.
I think Ben was the person who filled out my order, I havnt seen him on the site at least that I know of, but I would just like to extend my thanks to him, Steve and well honestly everyone on here that I have spoken or had contact with so far. Everything about this place is top notch.
Keep up the good work guys (and girls too) you are defiantly doing something right and have a customer for life!
