This Mystery method is unbelievable!

Already did so..
BTW I’m not Phoenix there (that’s someone else).. I’m DarkPhoenix…

The Venusian Arts Handbook is no longer sold as an e-Book.

Anyone know if the hardcover version “The Mystery Method” ($20) or the new e-Book “Magic Bullets Handbook” ($68) are its equivalent?

I haven’t read TMM or Magic Bullets, but based off of the reviews of others, both are condensed versions of the VAH. Some say Magic Bullets is better than the VAH, others say that the VAH is the best out of all three. Everybody pretty much agrees that you should read the VAH over TMM.

I’m still here buddy.

I thought I would write up an Introduction but hey, I thought I would rather Introduce myself to all that are interested in Person at a soon to be announced Alpha Interactions Launch Party.

Yes I do use a lot of Speed Seduction related stuff in my interactions with women, however I also use a lot of methods that have yet to be seen in the community.

In regards to this thread, Mystery Method is a fantastic resource and you cannot deny the fact that it will get you results. However the majority of the method is routine based and therefor of maximum impact to someone just starting out in the community.

By all means read the Venusian Arts and Magic Bullets, both will give you plenty of ideas of what to do in the field, however I reccomend reading a bit at a time.

Read how to approach and then go out and put it to practice.

Learn how to build Attraction and sexual tension and then go out and put it to practice etc etc etc.

Either way, the only true way to become good with women aswell as good with members of the same sex, is to get out there and learn first hand.

Gem tells me good things about this forum so I may pop in from time to time.

Hope to see you all on the boards at Alpha Interactions and at the Launch Party.

Peace and Love

-Craze

Aha, now that’s something I never expected. How’s it going Craze? Welcome to Pherotalk. Have you used androtics pheromones? Top notch stuff, indeed.

Yeah, I frequented the old forum for a few months before it went down. I read a few posts in the Inner Game section (it is where I am starting out with first since I have more issues than just with women, although it is certainly why I haven’t taken steps to engaging with women, also), and I think that’s where I read a few eye witness accounts of you in the field. Unfortunatley I live in the States (yes, unfortunately, I plan to actually move out of this soon-to-be prison camp), and don’t really have the funds to travel over to the U.K. (although that would be fun as hell!) to take one of your bootcamps. I would definately seize a spot if I were located over there, though. Props to you, Gem, and the others over at Alpha Interactions. I definately learned a lot, and will continue to venture over there on a regular basis.

Looking forward to the future Craze Method pdf to analyze in my endeavors. lol. Ian Gunner hooked me up with an oasis of seduction based material, and it is tempting to read it all, but I don’t want to get stuck in KJ-land. I can see what you mean by reading, applying, mastering, & repeat. It really is the only way to get ANYTHING engrained into your walk of life.

Anyways, I’ll end this rant now, and see you over at alpha interactions.

He has…but he doesn’t know it…

LOL.

Hehehe.. I’d like to read the story…

LMAO, Gem taggin’ up Craze right before they open a set…

LOL,

I just wish I had some Mystery boy…now THAT would be a funny experiment…

Hahaha. Nice site ya got there Gem. That chick on the cover of Bizzare is yummay.

“How did your family do in Katrina?”

“Two died.”

:open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

Pretty good show, actually. Very entertaining.

David DeAngelo has a series of interview CD’s. Here is part of an advertizing e-mail he has just sent:

How A 20 Year Old Virgin Became The World’s
Greatest Pick Up Artist

Hey Jim ,

Is it really possible that a guy could go from
having ZERO success with women in his teens and
early twenties to just a few short years later…
be dating a SUPERMODEL… have thousands of
“notches” on his bedpost… and be referred to by
many as “The World’s Greatest Pick Up Artist”?

Incredibly, the answer is YES.

And what’s even more incredible is the story of
how it all happened…

I was fortunate to meet a man several years ago
who I consider to be the ROCKSTAR of meeting
women.

You may have heard of him - he’s the main
character in Neil Strauss’ best selling book, “The
Game”… has appeared on the Conan O’Brien show…
and even has his own reality TV show in which he
teaches other guys how to pick up women…

He bills himself as, “The World’s Greatest Pick
Up Artist”… and it’s a claim which no one on
Earth can dispute.

He’s dated REAL super models, A-list actresses,
dancers, centerfolds… I could go on.Bla bla bla…

…and he dresses like a gay Steve Vai. Hard as that is to imagine.

Not really, because women love men who are confident in themselves. Mystery peacocks because it causes ridicule which he plows through. If you can remain in control of your frame, then you can certainly win women over if you possess other attractive attributes - some of which are not even congruent with the social conditionings we are all accustomed to, ie. you have to be rich, you have to be genetically good looking in order to get the “9s & 10s.” Generally, as with everything there are exceptions to the rules, however, women who say they’ve never been picked-up have either picked-up men their entire lives, are lesbians, are non-sexual, or are completely oblivious to reality. On the topic of Mystery, there are a lot of photos of him dressed in normal attire. Let’s face it, peacocking is not for everybody, but regardless of how somebody appears to the eye, it certainly never dictates the reality of their individuality.

Definitely - but that doesn’t mean those clothes weren’t straight out of the video for “Yankee Rose.”

Right, he dresses goofy (goofily?) to intentionally invite ridicule which he will, in turn, prove to be able to cooly deflect. It is interesting approach and I do get the potential value.

Yes, but then I’d argue that Mystery is good-looking enough to attract favorable attention based solely on his physical presence, so, in a sense, how does he know that you don’t have to be good-looking?

Absolutely. Which is why this stuff - or, rather, its fundaments - apply everywhere (not just in bars and clubs, where the feathers are all that matters).

Bottom line with regard to clothing (speaking of peacocking)…if you’re not congruent with what you’re wearing, with the image you’ve built around yourself, whether it be an Armani suit or a space suit, you might as well be wearing a clown suit. Or a Star Trek uniform.

Anyway, I wasn’t poo-pooing Mystery or his method…there’s a lot to what he practices and preaches. I was just saying that he and the other two guys looked like Mad Max gone a little… you know.

I’d love to see what Mystery could pull off in a Darth Vader costume.

What works for him is part of the total package of who he is, it would never work for me, and probably not too well for anyone else… each person has a “potential game” in them that they have to own and be the creator of… sure you are free to borrow bits and pieces, try them on, as you invent, discover, experiment with your identity… every person should keep one foot in self discovery mode, check out a new guru every now and then, change your clothers a little bit, listen to a music form you aren’t familiar with… you know, enough to see your own outlines against the background… you don’t want to be so static that you are like a mannekin of yourself… or so unstable that nobody knows who you are… just steady, solid day to day growth is enough… one very good book I had in my pile was about the psychology of artists, according to the author, the most important thing to a real artist was “self surprise”…
The artist personality type has a need to be surprised, and surprised by one’s own actions… in a good way… so if you aim to be an artist, you have to have a strategy for getting good at surprising yourself… hmmmm, what a strange idea, to delevop this rare skill, just like athletes are constantly developing micro-muscle abilities by little physical co-ordination games, defense department linguists constantly listen to radio and television in strange foreign languages to tune their “ear” to the nuances of the language… you change your focus from Pick Up artist… to pick up Artist… where the “artist” part becomes more powerful… OK, try this experiment… google around, hang out in some chatrooms… and locate some cutting edge new music… preferably as challenging and hard to understand as possible, but music with a lot of thought and effort behind it, something that you really don’t “get”… and listen to it closely, meditatively, with total involvement, in spite of your initial reactions… and then notice how your mind filters its preferences, not that it simply likes or dislikes a think, but HOW it goes about the liking or disliking, what the mind will allow you to see and hear, and what the mind censors from your awareness… and then you might notice many social cues are like that… people are telling you all the time where they stand thought the micro-expressions on their faces, their body language, their ordinary behaviors…

To find some new music try something like last.fm to see what people are listening too.
Or on myspace etc check out what people’s favourite music is…

Exactly! But on this tv series they’re peddling his schtick as if it would work the same for anybody…which is kind of what all the major league seduction gurus are doing.

The one thing I could personally take away from his “demonstration” on the show is that he really doesn’t give too much of a shit about the outcome. But then, I could watch Bill Murray and get the same thing…

Back to reading the rest of your post. I just wanted to comment on that opening thought…

Or…try just being openminded and observant and curious and find things that you like, without regard to what anyone else thinks. If you’re going to go after what other people like just because other people like it…have fun listening to emo and Justin Timberlake.

It’s nice to know what’s popular, I guess, and last.fm is a fun site, but try seeking out sounds that resonate with you and your unique nature.

It’s really not what’s popular. (Some) People listen to all sorts of odd stuff actually. Nobody I found listened to the same popular stuff and I found lots of bands and singers I didn’t know about that way..
