Tried some Ammo, but didn’t get much luck, so I’m hoping to try some new 'mones to see if I can get some success second time around.

I don’t have a solid objective in mind, but I do fancy experimenting with some of the P range and the A314 and documenting any findings I come across.

Well then, I guess we can start off with your age and attraction goals.
Being 45, your body may now be able to hold a much higher dose of mones. Your TUTH for example, you can safely consider 2 sprays as your base number of sprays. Going higher is your testing direction.
I will suggest that you start off with the UPIP since your journey will land on the experimentation road. Have a taste of each. Test them solo. Find your sweetspot. Know each first.
Putatives will soon be easier to conquer if you’ll be able to understand how those molecules in the UPIP works.
And don’t forget to do your part. The best combo here is the mones + you. Do not forget that these are no magic potions, these can never change your target’s will. The mones will only enhance what’s already in you.

What strength of Ammo and what dose range did you use - Mid 40s will probably see you need a higher rather than lower dose of certain phero.
A314 is a good choice as mature women tune-in to it on an attraction level much better and more readilly than younger but it has very little None, so you may want to consider TUTH - and maybe the 5mcg version to give it some balls. Heavy Ammo is also firmly up for consideration on a mature man but personally, A314/TUTH is a superb no-nonsense mature status/sexual combo. Increasing the Androstenone to other mones proportion in Ammo with an equal amount of TUTH is also a very viable strategy at our ages.
As for putatives, P96 or P83 are probably the most obvious to get to grips with - P96 for connection/bonding or P83 in more uninhibited environments to help with getting physical. I’d suggest around 10mcg per spray so you can cover a reasonable dose range without too many sprays to find your best dose.

The UPIP is the men’s starter kit and it was suggested because you would get everything from the instant line to try and so you can see what works best for you. The kit also does include A314 in spray form also which is much needed for you. So this is the very best choice to start with so there is no guess work. But if you are looking at a few this is what I would look at for you.
A314 If you can the oil is the very best way to go here. Being 45 I would make this your main base pheromone for everything to build off of including attraction. This thing is great for work and for dating and attraction with your age this will go very well for you and if Ammo did not get you where you want this one should do it. All by itself it is perfect for work. For attraction I would add a 1 spray of TUTH to this for what you are looking for. In fact my main base for work is 2 drops A314 and 1 spray of TUTH and I have no issues at all and I am 37. What I have to do though with this base is steer heavier with other molecules to turn it a little away from the attraction for work. The reason I do this is the TUTH adds power to the A314 and gets me more respect from men instead of using 3 drops solo of the A314. SO I would start right here if anything else.
TUTH Normally I would suggest the 2X or heavy version being 45, but if you use with the A314 I would try the regular version because it will be easier to dose, but if you use this one solo then the 2X would be more useable. You could also get the 2X and work on trying a 1/2 spray as well. Being 45 you have more room with this one as far as dose goes. Very powerful and highly sexual. A little goes a long way.
IShine Will provide a youthful glow and put everyone in a great mood. Like a fresh coat of wax on a nice car. Just goes with everything and you can not go wrong with this one. What I like is I wear this one in my hair a lot for a large area because it washes out much easier than Ammo or TUTH.
Normally I try to stick to 3 but for you I will suggest 1 more and that is,
IH Will provide deep connections and bonding. The conversations will be much deeper instead of people talking about random things and just being chatty. Will get to the heart of peoples true feelings and make you appear trust worthy.
These 4 I think you will get the most out of. What I would do is start off with the A314 and test solo to get your very best dose and make sure you have a good understanding of this one. It is always best to test solo all of these so you get an idea of what is your best dose and how to adjust each thing before you start making combos.
I do have to mention that the TUTH has a molecule in it that does amplify other pheromones and I found out the hard way that the amplifier in TUTH enhances other molecules to different levels so when you do add the TUTH in a mix you will have to keep this in mind. It might be a good idea to test each thing solo and then test the TUTH with each thing to see how it goes. Just don’t get discouraged with it because it took me a long time to do this and a lot of trial and error before I got things really dialed in with TUTH in a mix.
What I have found is my sweet spot for the A314 oil is 3 drops. What I did was cut back to 2 drops and use 1 spray of TUTH instead of the 3 drops to get the effects I want.
