5:49 PM, applied 25 mcg meo-est to arms, backs of hands, chest and neck.
6:31 PM: My mood has been very smooth, steady and mellow since applying. This is kind of nice. I am tempted to bathe in this stuff.
7:38 PM: Meo-est seems to have a subtle calming effect at 25 mcg. it makes things that are normally annoying, smoother and less feather ruffling somehow. I just applied another 25 mcg.

I just huffed a Meo-EST bottle. Hoping for effects, but I’ve been wearing pheros all day so who knows. I need to relax after all that’s happen tho so hopefully this will help.

I’ll stop reading when you get to 150 mcgs, which is said to be the real magic sweet spot. 
Yeah! Trust me, anything over 100 but especially 150 and it is amazing what it does.

Don’t have a journal but see below- I haven’t reported much on it by itself but I have had great effect with other things. Most notably P83. After searching the forums, I can’t believe I haven’t posted on the hits I’ve gotten wearing Meo-Est, P83 and TUTH or Instant Jerk. Gonna have to rectify the situation and wear the combo again so I can report on it because everytime has been very noteworty.
I just received Meo-Est today and will not be able to test it out for at least a week.
I’m torn between wanting to know your results and wanting to have an unbiased opinion in my own testing.

Well I can say this… meo-est calms me down. Even when I should be angry… I am calm. This is testing it up to 50 mcg.
I love Meo-Est. It is calming, and seems to me that it breaks down walls. People seem less inclined to hold back. I am almost out, and I am placing an order for 50mcg/spray this week. My new staple!
I feel very tired when using Meo-est. Relaxes me and same time makes me very drowsy. Also I noticed that my son is allergic to Meo-est. Whenever I wear it and go near him I notice redness in his eyes. I have isolated all scenarios and found meo-est to be the cause.
