So, I was wondering… I see all these posts aobut people’s mixes and am amazed… I typically put on one spray of each of the products I have (Instant Openness, Instant Female Magic, Instant Shine, Ammunition) and I feel like the cologne smell from me is overpowering. I can remember countless times when I was driving in the car with my mom (didn’t know about pheromones at this time) and I’d have just 2 sprays of Abercrombie cologne on and she’d be complaining about how its soo strong.. she can barely breathe.
Now, I know many woman hate it when men put on too much cologne.. so I’m wondering… putting on 3-4 sprays of of one of these on its own, even, and adding others… doesn’t that create that “too much cologne” effect?
I mean… I feel dizzy sometimes and feel like I can’t breathe because I put on so much and it would only be 1-2 sprays of each…
You raise an situation that is common amoung pheromone users. How can I wear what I want and not smell to strong?
The answer is that you can’t some times.
If you plan on wearing the mix you said, don’t user any cover scent. Ammunition is a colonge by it’s self. Even with a standard cologne 2 sprays can be over powering, so if you are wearing Ammo + abercrombie @2 sprays, yeah, you are going to smell like skunk on a hot date.
I normaly use anywhere between 4-7 pheromones for a mix. If none of them have a collogne scent (such as ammunition) I use 1 spray of a colonge just to curve the “human” smell of pheromones.
Most of the time I don’t even cover, unless i’m wearing something that is unusualy stinky.
I’ve never been told that I smell funny, even when I asked. I’ve worn 10 sprays of spaceland to the chest, and asked if I smelled funny. I recieved a big N O.
Most people don’t seem to notice, and the people that do seem to like the smell for the most part. It is only chemicaly sensitve people who seem to have a problem (at least from the reports i’ve read. I’ve never had a negative from the smell except a headach by a friend when wearing an exceedingly heavy mix)
I smell your pain. I just got most of my shipment today (still waiting on XTAL and IG) and as I read I started small…
A314 1 drop each arm
IS 1 spray each side of neck
Ammo to-go 1 each side of neck
Let settle for an hour before I went out.

I stink. I cant even smell the ammo and IS over the A314. Once I put it on I slowwly started to take over all the air around me. 9 hours later, if I sit still for a minute I start to stink. I must walk! 
So yeah, what happens when you add more?
I havnt smelled all the mens products yet but I know with all the other products I have used after they dry down the scent is almost gone.
Wait till they dry down and ask someone you trust if your colonge is to overpowering. This is what I did at first cause I wasnt sure and everytime my friend said I dont smell anything or if she did it was very faint. If you find its to strong for you still see if you can exchange for unscented or buy all future products unscented and use your own cologne.
I noticed headaches and dizzieness the first few weeks I used mones or when I use a new product. Usually its the products that seem to work the best for me. Its just my theory but I think the mones may be sort of waking up a part of the brain we dont use all that often and its kinda like you brain saying “what the hell is that” Then you get used to processing it and the weird dizzieness stops.
Are you spraying on your cloths? I find scent stay much stronger when I do that.

The scent overload fades after about 30 minutes. Last night I was riding in the car and had trouble breathing until the -none dried. Just spray it on a little before you leave out.
Good point! That’s one of my complaints about the packaging the pheromones pre-mixed with scents. The scents do provide something “extra” but if you want to megadose you have too much scent.
I often apply half an hour before exposing others so the scent has a chance to tone down.
Idea - A binary system with a scent/enhancer and pheromone, each in seperate bottles. Then the pheremone can be dosed as desired and the appropriate amount of scent/enhancer can be applied.

Well.. typically I just do 1 spray of IO, IS, IFM, and Ammo.

Sometimes, I take it ez and just do 1 spray Ammo and 1 or 2 IS/IO… still overpowering… idk
maybe i should start asking ppl around me if the cologne is too strong
p.s. I haven’t used burberry or abercrombie colognes since I got the pheros
very good question there smn1234…I have tryed a good amount of mixes and always wondered what’s the limit??? I think my next purchase will be phermones w/o any scent just for testing…
Like BlackSwan Mix 187 the knock’em dead mix lol but a ammunition cover scent without the ammunition phermone…boy do I like that Ammunition..
So, can you just buy the pheromones you want without a scent, and then just add a cologne for a cover? Also, what’s this about the “human smell” of pheromones being noticable? I don’t want people to smell me comming.
Also, how many sprays do you get in the little TO GO bottles do you think?

Sadly, using a cover scent instead of the mild scent of the pheromones may reduce their diffusion as the purpose of the Neroli (et al) cover scent(s) is to increase their diffusion. So separate containers wouldn’t work as well without a sort of a device to take in X ug of one and Y ug of the other then blast it out on you…
Increasing effect and increasing diffusion are two different things. Diffusion rates are based on molecular mass, with less massive molecules diffusing faster. This is well understood and is the basis for technologies like uranium enrichment in gasseous diffusion plants. The idea that the pheremone must “combine” with another molecule to become heavier and thus diffuse faster is almost certainly false.
However, the perception and the effect of the pheremone may very well have a synergestic effect with other molecules being received at the same time. There is some complex biochemistry going on that is not well understood. I don’t discount the enhancement effect, as it is well documented in perfumery.
I think it is a bit premature to write off the “binary” approach unless you have test data showing it doesn’t work. In my admittedly limited field experience it seems to show effect and promise.
Ok, thanx. I was just going to order all of the men’s pheromones in TO-GO bottles and figure out what I like. 40 is a good amount for a tester. Take it easy.
my take on the too strong thing SMN is that most of this stuff dries down nicely, and its not likely to overdo it using one spray of those 4 things.
i think i smelled up to 3 sprays of Ammo and still went crazy for it, and thats saying alot since im extrememly sensitive to these sprays.
i love the smell of these products, but doses too high pheromonally are what makes a smell nice or bad.
could simply be the dose that needs tweaking and suddenly the “smell” is wonderful 
Some scents seem to fade after a while, and others linger, sometimes far too long…
I’m thinking that if I plan to do any serious mixing, I may order up only To Go sized products and request “unscented” or at most the light neroli. And possibly ask for “extra strength” in regards to the pheromone content as the scent doesn’t differ in strength when you do that. I would then use a cologne strength product like Ammo as a final cover, or my own cologne (after drydown). Just my thoughts. I’m not much of a mixer and really am not planning to do much mixing, but when I have ordered the putatives I usually opt for “unscented” as I figure I’ll always be using them with something else (another pheromone product or cover cologne).
As for To Go sprays: this has been covered over and over again and I think it’s about time for a reference sticky. TGs give about 40 sprays, but when they are of the “commercial” products the “strength” of the spray (dose-wise) is about 80% that of a regular bottle spray, so it takes about 4 TG sprays to equal 3 “regular” sprays. It is my understanding that in terms of the MX and putatives, the “dosages” are adjusted so you DO get X dosage per spray (Whatever you ordered - it’s not “reduced” as it would be with a “regular” product that normally comes in a 30ml spray bottle).
OK WELL.. I went to see spidey tonight.. sprayed on 2 sprays ammo and 2 sprays oppeness right before.. hopin to maybe pick up some single hunnies in the movie theater
That’s a story for later… but… more importantely… my mom picks me up like 30 minutes after the movie ends and (whatnot occurs) when I get in the car she says… “OMG… did you spill a bottle of cologne, ON YOURSELF?”

Ha ha yr mum probably is thinking my son is going through a fragrant faze in his life at the moment, she probably thinks you are going all out with the aftershave in an effort to attract some women, i wonder what is going through her mind now that all of a sudden or recently you have started to reek somewhat, has she asked you what your new fragrance is ? It seems she must have a sensitive sense of smell to be able to detect the scent even after several hours.
She might be sensitive, which also means she might be able to detect the pheros!!!
I’d encourage people on the forum to ask a friend or something and post what they say regarding the fragrances.
