I asked what happened and they said due to a type of urinary infection and an inability to piss out kidney stones, they had to lop off his wang. So the customer then says “This is Mike, who is now Michelle!”

Okay okay, let me see if I can recall this correctly:
The little guy had some kind of uti that caused crystals to form in his urine. It caused kidney stones and his wang was too small near the middle shrugs so he couldn’t piss them out. So by de-wanging him, it’s supposed to help him piss better. All I know is that the poor he/she is frakked up.
