Hello, I’m fairly new to pheros and 2 days Ago I ordered to go bottles of instant shine, instant openness and I got a free gift of TUTH. I plan on using my new pheros tomorrow at school. I just moved to a new school and i was hoping pheros could help me make connections with people. My bus gets to school 20 minutes early and i usually just walk in the lunch room once and see all the kids chatting and walk right back out and go bathroom to bathroom until the bell rings. I just want to know how much I should spray on because I heard that if you overdose on the product, it can negative effects. I also want to know how what mixes to use. I’m a pretty social person with people I already know, but I’m terrified of meeting new people, but I REALLY want to do it. Also how long does it take for pheros to start acting if they’re to go bottles? I’m 15 and about 5’7 and quite lean if that helps out haha(: thanks I hope you guys can help me out and I can break out of my shell once and for all.
careful with -none products like Ammo and TuTH. I mostly use TuTH when I want something sexual to happen, but you shouldn’t really need a lot of -none.
Shine and openness however, I don’t think you can OD off of it since it is very safe. You might get a lot of unnecessary chatter and happiness if you decide to spray AAAAA LOT.
Two or three sprays of shine and openness would do. Remember to smile and remember to put some effort in talking (you might get lucky and people might talk to you, but a simple hello, how are you, or what’s up can suffice).

Spray it on the skin for good results. Try the neck region, wrists, or even the top of head. For you first sprays though, you might want to spray it somewhere near your nose like the front of your neck so you can get used to the effects.
Self effects can be quick. Other people however depends on proximity, temperature, diffusion, and other factors. I do see effects on other people less than 5 minutes though
