Last week, I ordered a bottle of A314 after lurking on this forum for a pretty long time. Much to my surprise, the order came along with a FREE togo bottle of openness! I could not believe it was certain it had been some sort of mix up or accident.
After reading up through all of the different posts, I made a list of things that I wanted to try. I rearranged some money after I got paid and placed my order yesterday morning. I ordered a big bottle of Ammo, IO and IG. I also ordered togo bottles of IH, IS and TUTH. Again and much to my surprise, I found out that I was eligible for same day shipping with next day delivery. I order things from eBay and Amazon all the time and have never qulified for such a perk. Then, this morning when I am getting ready to go to work I here the dogs barking a figure the mail is running early. But it was just the FewEx guy!!! Less than 22 hours after I placed the order. And when I opened the package, I found that 2 of my bottles had been replaced with a 2x mixture. Then, as I dug deeper, I found a free bottle of Instant Jerk. I can not believe any of this.
I guess I got so used to getting shitty service that I lost all expectations when purchasing goodies and just expect to get shitty service and slightly less product than I paid for. Never in a million years would I anticipate someone not only delivering a class-act product but doing so while making me feel completely appreciatted in the process.
I don’t know how to thank you enough! I will be a customer for life and I will tell everyone I ever meet to check you guys out.
