Problem is that i havent talked to this girl for like almost a year since we stopped working together.
So i took the plunge and messaged her on Facebook and she said we should do lunch or something.
Now i dont know what type of mones i should purchase to have a successful date…if that makes any sense im knd of new at this…sorry

Thats a good place to start, but if you want a confidence boost and abit extra respect you could try IG and IO for lunch. That should get the two of you over your shyness. Get some ammo for when you have a night out and see if she likes one more then the other. At a young she may not like the none in ammo as much it really depends on her personality. And in your case you need to find which products fit with your own style.

If your conversational skills are pretty good, then skip IO and go with IH.
If you’re both nervous, IO will have a more relaxed and fun and upbeat moments about it. The key is to keep the conversation going by asking her the questions and letting her talk. Ask about the details, have her elaborate. Joke around, engage in something you both have something in common with.
Remember to slow things down, in your head things might be going a mile a minute trying to come up with things to say, and you don’t want that awkward silence to come through, that comfort you can get with IH, IMO. It’ll make the conversations last and more meaningful, so you really have two choices and you know your personality better than anyone. If you wanna have carefree conversations I would go with IO, for more in depth, unrushed “babble” I would go with IH.
You can tell there are so many variables there, and you have to take into consideration how you’re going to lead the conversation as well, you don’t want to come off too serious either, which can be a pitfall with IH at times.
This is why I like AMMO, there is enough Androsterone in there for the respect vibe, Androstenone for the sexual, and Alpha Androstenol for conversations, you really can’t go wrong there, but if you must add with AMMO and you decide to go that route, then Instant Shine would be my bet. If you’re going to go with an IG/A314 route, then I prefer IH most of the time.
Personally, I’d go with IO + IS for this situation. It’s only lunch, you’re trying to “get to know” each other again after a long time apart, and you’d like to keep the conversation flowing. IO will help keep the chattiness going.
You haven’t mentioned if you want this to be just a friendly meeting or if you’re hoping to steer this relationship to something deeper. If the former, IO + IS will be a great combo. If the latter, you may want to substitute Ammo for IS.
I love IS for the self effects, so if it were me and I was going for the latter, I’d wind up doing Ammo + IO + IS.
Wow! so much advice on here its amazing. I dont really know where i want this to go actually kinda a one day at a time thing. Im just nervous as hell cause i dont get many outings so i dont want to screw it up. I probably will go with IO though just to take the edge off a bit.
