Using A314 in the military - report

Hey guys,
Ok, so I haven’t been here in a while for now, because I have a lot going on now in my life (I am in the military) but I am still experimenting with my pheros.
Ok, so I have been using A314 for about two weeks now. Every morning I put about 1-2 drops on each wrist (one at a time) and rub behind my ears and jaw line, cover up with cologne.
Self effects - as long as I can actually smell the sent mixed with my cologne sent I feel a bit more hyped up. I think it’s more of the expectation of seeing something. after about 45 mins I cant notice the smell any more, so I get kind of afraid that the pheros have faded, as I also wash my hands and am not sure if the pheroes wash off of my wrists.
Affects on others - on people that I work with on a regular basses, no difference at all. I feel like I don’t get enough respect from them, and they treat my like a little kid (I am considered new over there). There was one time when I whent and met new people, (me and a group of 4 more people) and we all introduced ourselves. The guy we told the names to, remembered my name and not the others, could be maybe A314 working, but I doubt it. I dot get that look like people say that they walk around with pheros or with A314 specifically and they walk next to people and then people just look at them weird or something.
Am I doing something wrong?

Probably “scent fatigue” where after a period of time you don’t notice a scent. Ask anyone who lives next to a dairy farm about that.

Maybe you Overdosed on A314. Consider using 1 drop? Also, what do you wear in the army? Could it be the clothing covering the pheromones?

Your situation is a little unique as the military has a hierarchy all of its own based on very visible rank plus “longevity”/experience. And it is really hard being the new guy until you can prove yourself. Esp. if you are someplace where they shoot at you from time to time.

A314 will last a long time. Unless you wash or sweat it off. So I would be careful where you put it on your wrists. Too low and you might wash some off when you wash your hands. Too high and you have diffusion problems through the uniform.
I would recommend putting most of it along your neck.

I would also guess that strong cologne scents are not too welcome in uniform but A314 does not have a strong scent to others so that should not be an issue. something with game scent though is another story.

The final piece I would give you is to try to behave like you expect more respect. People will pick up on that and some will act accordingly. Once others see you getting more respect they too will follow suit. But it is never easy being the “new guy”.

Hang in there and thank you for your service.

Overdose at those levels, matthie? Really unlikely. I never noticed anything overt at 1-2 drops either.

Visible effects for me started at 3 drops, and my limit is around 4-5. I suggest you try 3 drops and observe how that goes for a while, Gam. Like, a week or two. Then try 4 drops carefully, maybe when you’re off duty or on leave, before trying it at work.

i agree with catlord it could just be u havent hit ur sweet spot, or as bosshank said it could be helped out with more congruency

A314 has some interesting properties. In some cases your superiors and/or peers might feel threatened as if your challenging their position. Even if you’re doing nothing at all.

Check peoples reactions carefully. If those of your own rank seem to be ignoring you it can be due to “elevated status” That is, they may actually feel intimidated as if the drill sergeant were standing next to them. If they’re still giving you hard time or challenging you then it’s likely because they’re challenging your status.

A314 functions as a status booster. Sometimes that elevated status won’t always equate to trust and respect.

Thank you for doing what you do Gam! Military service in time of war is a high calling and you deserve the highest respect for it.

You probably don’t need to cover the A314, by itself the Akuto scent already in it is good cover for the pheromones. Don’t worry about the smell fading, like Mtnjim said it’s just that you get used to it quickly.

Don’t be in a hurry to see effects. The main effect will be long term. The A314 will mainly just ensure that whatever you do, good or bad, will be noticed more than without it. Carry yourself well and do your job (and just a little bit more). A314 will cover your flank, but that also means you are on point.

I think your problem is with yourself. A314 has never failed to get me respect, even at those doses. Maybe you need to step up show your superiors what your made of.
I started out as a private and worked my way up to Gunnery Sergeant E-7 (24 years-Infantry ).

Well, what’s the difference between military and regular work. If I am at a new place at work then people will also consider you as the new guy. Besides that, work also has its own hierarchy, you have your boss.

Maybe here is the problem, I will try to behave more serious and expect for respect. I’ll fill you up on my results.

Hmm ok, thanks catlord, I will try a few more drops. Are you sure I will not OD? I am only 19. And By the way, what does OD with A314 do? Ghost effect?

thanks

Yeah I will check it a bit more, but I was expecting to see something. But yeah, I heard that the effects of A314 take a bit of time see.

Ad one more drop, and observe results for a week or two. If that’s not an OD, and is not upsetting anone, then try one more drop. If it is… drop back. I suspect you’ll find 3-4 to be where you get the best results. Probably 3.

Gam, welcome back.
Without getting into to much detail, lets just say our work is similiar. I have used A314 at work for the past 3+ months now, and I am now just starting to see the difference. I had worked with the same people for a while before I started using A314. These people were used to my normal Phero sig. and my personality. It has taken 3+ months, and a change in me, to see a change in my subordinates and superiors. I, for a long time, thought that it wasnt working, until one day, someone who did not work for me came and asked my opinion on something. We were having a relaxed convo and 3-5 min later, the guys back straitened, he started giving better eye contact, and his additude went from being someone who was asking a question, to someone being taught something. At this point I knew it working, and it was just going to take some time for other people to come around.

The fact of the matter is, if you want more respect from people at work, you have to carry yourself as if you deserve it. Earn it, then demand it from junior people, and through your work ethic, and showing that you can lead people below you, your superiors WILL notice it. A314 will help you, but if you wear it, and then let people walk on you, it wont help you. A314 says I am a leader worthy of respect, if you dont act out those qualities its effectiveness could be lost. You are changing your phero sig., people are going to pick up on it. They are going to shit test you to see if you can be congruent with it. Stand your ground.

Being young in the military is not easy. The younger guys get “wet behind the ears treatment”. It just happens. Ive seen people get baby bottles full of milk on steak days at lunch time. People getting wrapped in tin foil and told to run around to “test the radar”. People are seeing how you react to it. Its kind of like paying your dues for being the new guy.

Hey man, this is just my opinion, you can take it or leave it. But i can say from experience, if you wear A314, and are congruent with its properties, it will work for you. Good luck. Let us know how its going.
