Hi guys i was wondering, i think i heard about a year ago in a thread here that the self effects of mones dont work when you have a cold or youve got a virus, is this true? Im assuming the effects on others remain the same tho.
Well, I’d imagine if your nasal passage is blocked you wouldn’t be getting anything at all.
Thats the only thing I can think of.
No in my experience they dont work well when your sick.
First as John pointed out if your nose is stuffed up nothing getting past the mucus.
Secondly when you feel like shit, you feel like shit. Just take care of the illness and skip the mones till your better simply because when your feeling shitty its hard to be congruent with anything but that.
However if you choose to wear your mones those who are not stuffed up and sick will still get the signal even if your not getting self effects. They are probably getting some natural signals as well indicating your ill. So they may not respond the same as when your not ill.
When I have a cold or something I tend to skip the sexy stuff and use things like EST so people sort of cater to my needs more LOL I skip IO because when I am sick I get annoyed by people pestering me. I like P74 though because it has a est like effect for me. IH is good to. I totally stay away from Ishine because it just drains me and makes healing take longer for me.

Don’t use mones when your sick. If you look, feel and act sick and put on mones you will not make use of them even if they are working to some extent. Save your spray, and mone products and get some bedrest, sleep, and good nutrition.
Mones enhance what you put out.. if you’re sick you can’t be putting out much
