The pheromones do really work but they arent quite as powerful as you see in the commercials.You still need to do the talking and interacting.They just make things easier for you.Can understand the feeling of being too shy,it can really suck when you want to pick up a lady.Think the only way to get good at it and get over shyness is to stop worrying about what they think when you talk to them and just try as many times as possible.After a while it gets easier,pheromones will be able to help increase your chances also(^_^)

Looif gave you some good advice and gave you straight info on pheros. They will not make women magically fall in love with or anything else. They are more like subtle suggestions and the real work is you getting people to follow up on those suggestions.
The IO recommendation is a good one. It definitely helps get those intitial conversations started. But once again - you will still have to start the conversations and then the IO will help keep others engaged. But the real work will you be either starting the conversation or joining in.
IShine might help also - it makes the people around you feel happy to be near you. And happy people are talkatvie people.

Welcome rahh to the mone forum. I see you’ve gotten some suggestions already. Which is good. I think that the social line up such as IO and IShine are underestimated in their effectiveness to bring closer to you your target.
