Fron what I can tell so far, MX144 seemed less playful than the Instant Openness I used prior…either that or it really was just a boring night out.
At any rate the androstenol type of effects were certainly there, as my friend started rambling on, and on, about what kind of car to get while we were driving. He started going in circles with what he was saying, and contradicted himself a few times eventually…mindless babble talk, which is a highly a-nol type effect.
A-nol usually has a pretty strong effect on me though, and there will be isntances when I’ll jabber on and on while wearing it. Surely wasn’t the case that night though…in fact I felt rather ‘out of it’ all day while wearing it.
Went out to a club with a different group of friends last night. Definately a more playful type of mix, with more of an ‘attractive’ vibe to it…it could be more of a difference in environment though, than an actual difference in the mix. I saw no mindless babbling last night, however things were much more upbeat this time around.
I think I should make a comment about the A314 mixes, because there was something that really stood out to me about them.
The effects of A314 in spray form are much more noticable and pronoucned than with the standard oil mixes. I’m sure its a matter of the mones diffusing more quickly, but I hadn’t expected the effects to be that different from what I’ve seen before. With the oil based versions, A314 feels very much like a ‘bass-note’ to the mix…the effects are more subdued, and the other products tend to build over it. With the spray versions, A314 just seems to overpower the mix, and actually becomes the highlight of the mix.
For this reason I think alcohol-based A314 would be more beneficial than oil based version in casual settings, or any ‘attention’ getting type of setting. It just seems to give you a much bigger aura, so to speak. It actually almost got me in trouble last night.
It’s going to be hard to ascribe specific effects to the Instant Openness, since it was used substantial mixes. I’m interested in hearing what the differences in the Openness mixes are to you, when used on their own.
I still think the feedback about on the mixes of all of these products together is interesting, though. It’s also interesting that your second mix had less mindless babbling, with more of an attractive feel to it. Am I right in assuming that you enjoyed the second night more?
Also, did you use just one spray of each of the above?
The stronger effects of the A314 spray beta tests are O.K. even though your most of your friends are young like you? I know most younger users complain that A314 isn’t okay to use around their same age friends (yet magic for them in other more “serious” contexts – because of the the “older, wiser” prescence A314 gives you, some report being taken seriously for the first time in their lives.)
Yeah I’m feeling a little overzealous with all the new stuff I picked up . Its the weekend and I wanted to brew something extra special. Worked like a charm the second night.
I’ll be testing IO by itself this week.
I’ll have to test each again more thoroughly for consistency…a lot of the results I saw last night could have been a product of the environment. I certainly enjoyed the second night more, but the place I was in, and the people I were with were more fun. Friday I was at a local bar with a couple friends…a more intimate setting (as far as bars go anyway), while the bulk of saturday was spent at a club.
I will say that everyone was in a particularly goofy mood last night (MX145). We were at a club and everyone was clowning around. One of my friends, a guy, was going around dancing with other guys. not that he rolls that way, but it was funny. This is something thats actually worth taking note of, as its pretty rare to see guys mess around at clubs. I’ve always found it interesting how a guys demeanor, my own included, changes once he enters a club setting. I would label the way a lot of men carry themselves in a club as exaggeratingly alpha.
The mixes were heavily focused on IO and A314. I really wanted to see the effects of those two..and I did.
hmm
A314 works like a charm for me, as the ‘wiser, experienced’ notions are of great benefit for me. Outside of work, however, I’ll use it for the confident, assertive nature of it. Its a double edged sword in casual settings though…the confident assertive part is certainly a benefit, but it comes with the ‘older, serious’ vibe which can cause a lot of congruency issues.
But I will theorize that a lot of the ‘older, serious’ perceptions while wearing A314, come from the way you start to carry yourself while wearing it. The benefit of A314 to the user is in how it 1. makes the user feel and act, and 2. how well others recieve and react to the user’s image and actions. It wouldn’t matter how good/confident a product made a person feel and act, if the effects aren’t well recieved by others…there needs to be some validation in the form of feedback from others.
The effects of A314 oil take a while to ‘sink’ into targets, and I’ll usually only see the effects after an extended period of close (proximity-wise) interaction. People are more likely to react to A314 if you slow things down. As such I find myself ‘slowing down’ and hanging back to create these windows of opportunity. This can cause one to appear very serious and socially ‘out of the mix’ in more upbeat environments.
From what I’ve seen of the spray versions of A314, the effects are far more immediate, and far more pronounced…or rather, the feedback from others is far more immediate, and far more pronounced. This seems to translate much better in ‘younger’ types of social interactions, as one can more immediately reek the confident, assertive benefits of A314. One would likely still need some alphanol and TAA to liven things up a bit, but I think younger folks would see more benefit from this than the oil based carriers.
This is all based on two days of experimenting though, so I could be talking out of my ass at this point.
To sum up the difference between the oil and alcohol based A314…
If the oil based version of A314 is James Bond in a bottle…slow paced, confident/assertve, serious, deeply significant…Alcohol based A314 + alphanol = Steven Stifler from American Pie in a bottle. fast paced, fun, confident/assertive, exciting.
lol well I bumped into my friends sister last night at the club, who I was playfully flirting and dancing with throughout the night…it was more playful and friendly than actually sexual. Well, apparantly one of the dudes she was with is obsessed with her, and was staring me down the whole night. The drunken asshole in me relished this, and we continued on with the playful flirting despite the fact that it pissed him off. A part of me thinks I did it because it pissed him off lol.
Anyway by the end of the night he was looking for trouble. But I’m a lover, not a hater, and I continued to laugh the whole thing off. Come to think of it, I wonder how much IO had to do with how lightly and jokingly I took the whole situation. I told two of my friends that if he touched me I was gonna sock him, and they were ready to back me up. but all the while, we found it all quite funny.
Blunt and lasting is good. I like using a lot of Instant Shine in my mixes. The effects fade rather quickly though, so I opted for the oil this time around. I’ll have to give 5 drops a try.
I wore 4 sprays of MX147 and met up some friends to get some studying done. I really think I should leave the pheromones alone when I study as they become too much of a distraction…
At any rate, my resutls with this mix definately more heavily on the ‘fun, buzzy’ side than the chatty side. Anyway no one got any work done while I was in the room…we were mostly bullshitting around in the private room we had…talkin smack to each other, and drawing pictures of each other on the board. yeah…it was very much a distraction. I eventually left the room for a while to pick up food for everyone, and one of the girls commented on how quiet it was once I left the room.
This is something i definately want to try under less stressful circumstances
You can have almost anything custom-made for you here, so if you prefer oil-based, just ask. I don’t think I buy anything off-the-shelf at all from here, these days.
You simply have to make your request in the Notes box as you checkout, then Jasmin will come back to you with any additional costs for you to approve before your card is processed.
Mmmm… I’ve asked Jasmin/MHarris for a quote on 15 ml of 4x Instant Shine in slow-release oil (and for 2x in case the cost of 4x is out of my league.)
I’m going to start a poll – perhaps if there is enough interest, batching the IS could lower the costs … The link to the poll thread is here.
PS: Oils take longer to dose properly than alcohol products (from MHarris), so if we can show the level of demand a larger batch size
would mean spreading the labor costs over more bottles …
I’ve been testing out the Instant Openness series during the day for the past week or so. So far I’m liking MX147. Its by far the most fun of the bunch…it might even been excessive, but I’m not complaining.
I’ve been testing out the Instant Openness series during the day for the past week or so, and so far I’m like MX147. Its intoxicatingly fun, and upbeat, and really spearheads you in the center of the social light. It might be a little excessive to some, as it can create a light-hearted mood when it isn’t always appropriate. IE, I wore it a few times at work, and yeah it was little too goofy.
I really think that Instant Openness is a highly overlooked product around here. Alpha-nol is a great pheromone.
