Which pheromones would you recommend for dancing Salsa and Bachata at a club? I’m a 30 years old guy.

Hmmm. I need more input because I’m not an expert in salsa-ttitude and I don’t know what Bachata is 
.
If those dances are all about fun and festivity, like Rio’s Carnival kind of groove, you can go with IShine and MX297 (or MX597). This will make you stand out from the crowd, it will boost your mood, your partner’s mood and the MX297 will give you a party animal, / chick magnet vibe.
If the desired effect is a Dirty Dancing’s Patrick Swayze effect, try for Ammo and IJerk. The Ammo will spark attraction between you and your partner and the IJerk will give you that bad boy edge.
If the attitude required is more of a more manly, focused attitude (like flamenco, say), I would go with IGentleman or A314. Both will get you confidence and respect. IG will make you more tolerant to partner’s mistakes and things and A314 will make you charismatic and you’ll be the leader.

MX297 and a whack of either TUTH, IJ or NPA did me very nicely when dancing semi-formally. This is the sort of environment where its fun/social nature really comes into its element anf the 597 oil is shaping-up nicely in a similar vein, although post-surgery i’m not the dancer I used to be.
Or something like TAC/P83 and a sexual - Which promotes fun/physical disinhibition so your partner can let-go all the better.
