If you want youthful, smart/going somewhere but still pleasant and social status then IG is the way to go but at 30, the more mature/capable A314 has potential if you can back it-up with personality and show-off your skills to match its promise - but it can be a bit “we can’t teach him anything” mood in some people if you don’t carry it off with panache. IS however will help steer things in a more happy/team-centric direction but there will be a disparity it lasting a lot less than A314 on the skin, so working-in a topup is a good idea.
Shine" A314 and also p74 if possible. Good luck. Plenty has been written about that combo and use it myself at interview type deals or patching things up with people.
