I mean whats happening to the suspect thats giving the DIHL stare. Are they like “omg you supa sexy” or are they going “holy shi- you are…”. Im just wondering.
It can be all of that - and more.
Don’t spend any great length of time analysing it, just get-in-there and open on her because for whatever reason, you have all her attention and interest at that moment!
