So I got my 314 a couple months ago and have repeatedly sent an email for the password and have even tried to pm Mickaelia. Is anyone else having issues?
There have been issues with this since SteveO left and PM’ing Mickaelia is not a good idea - she can take weeks to respond. An email/support ticket is better.
Now that John is back in business, I would shoot him an email and/or PM. He was the one that got me in initially.

Thanks for bringing it up. I’ve just fixed and tested this hole. There was an errant email alias in our system that I needed to find and fix. It should work fine now. Really sorry about the inconvenience!
