There is a past thread here that suggests it could well be MEO-EST under another name. A search will give you plenty of info.
It would also be worth reading some of the other threads about dosage and possible cancer risks if you are intending to try it.

equilin = horse stuff; just as an equestrian is someone that rides a horse
It’s great if you work around horses as you’ll make friends with them fast. Nevertheless, be careful as a stallion may try to mount you.
