There are several IFM replacement/alternative threads here with some useful info if you try a search.

IFM was an A1-based product and A1 is not a beginners phero, with the potential for some quite bad negative self-effects in some guys, so if you have not used it before and before you do anything with it, please read K-Train’s excellent A1-Guide and the A1 Mix Repository threads, which contain all of the info you need to use and dose it effectively.

There are none among us who know what’s in IFM, but it was speculated that, along with A1, IFM might have contained TAK.

I’d recommend staying as far away from A1 as possible. P96, IME, equals or trumps it in every way, without the negative self-effects. Depression isn’t worth it, regardless of the effects on women. Trust me on this.
