These are some really cool abstract photographs. Very interesting, thank you for sharing.
I found the photos eerie but, cool in a bizarro world kind of way.

Would we even see them in the day with the Blue layer?
? Good question, Jedi_Nights. Maybe the blue layer would not exist or function in the way that we know it.
Taking to the account that these planets are being so close to the Earth and influencing it’s blue layer thus allowing them to be seen in the sky? ![]()
Just an opinion from my dim bulb understanding of the blue layer. ![]()
Awesome pics! The other one that was linked on that page is even better. It’s landscape photos if the earth had a ring system like Saturn. Just imagine seeing that in the sky, day & night!
Thanks for spotting that link out, ladyofthewoods!
Those pictures from that aforementioned link are a bit more eerily fantastical to me compared to the ones that has the moon’s placement being swapped out with planets. ![]()
What a cool thread. The photos are amazing! (I believe you’re missing Mercury, but it’s only slightly bigger than the Moon, so no biggie.)
good post
I’m a photographer so I can.get into stuff like this

The first view of Earth from the moon… My step dad worked as a manager for NASA as a rocket scientist heading the SCOUT and other programs… I believe we might still have just a few of the large poster original NASA prints left in the basement which is cool, I was selling them on ebay for $50 a decade ago and were popular… One of them with the original dated tube and name it came in sold for $150 on ebay auction… I should have lots of nasa mission patches too I think.
