If its the Newbie Kit, then Ammo with a bit of extra TUTH would be my suggestion and dose a bit higher than your sweet spot as a woman in her late 30s will likely be more responsive to a more overtly sexual mix than a younger woman.

Heavy Ammo and 5mcg TUTH could well be a bit strong for your age but you may well get away with it around a more mature women. Their taste for Androstenone does tend to improve dramatically once they pass thirty but the extra balancing from the Nol and Rone in Ammo will still help round things-out nicely. You will need to practise careful finger control so getting half sprays if you want to use these around women your own age though.
Keep some IO in you pocket as emergency moderation to use if she shows signs of OD - like wanting to GTF-away from you or wanting to rip your balls-off - and not in a good way!

Oh sorry, I seemed to have missed your question about androstenone. Well… Too much androstenone is refered to as OD, and that’s just bad. At your age, you are still generating lots of natural androstenone. So if you wear any, you should start low and work up from here if need be. -None, especially in TUTH, is steered by other molecules, but is still highly sexual. Some compare it to entering a room with your dick hanging out. It can appealing to some ladies, but wearing too much can seriously backfire. Girls will find you needy, creepy, scary or they will force their brain to ignore you altogether, this is refered to as ghosting. Some guys may want to challenge you, pick fights with you. Too much -NONE is bad, carve this on the bark of the nearest tree and remember those words of wisdom or learn the hard way, it’s your pick . At any cost, get TUTH regular (2.5 mcg), not the 5mcg version. Or save it for when you’re 40.
Sorry for asking to much man but why would IO would come handy if she wants to rip my balls off lol, what does it do, I always have a confusion between IH AND IO , like what is the difference, trust me I’ll use them on myself and see it for myself but I want to at least know what to expect. Thanks.
IO is a bright/bubbly social, IH is more close/bonding/connecting, for deeper conversation.
IO is mainly Alphanol, which is an excellent None moderator, so you could use it to reduce the overtness and get yourself out od-situation with TUTH or other overt sexuals.

Ok so today she came to visit at my house, of course my family was here, but I didn’t cara, I sprayed 2 times normal ammo, 1 inta shine. She was talking a lot and seems normal like she is. Borderline OD in my opinion. 4 sprays of 1X ammo and 5 mcg of TUTH at 22 is a lot of -none. Why are you going for so much?
After all that she run to the restroom. Jajaja idk why. My whole purpose was to see if I could make her uncomfortable. Next Saturday Ina use 1 ammo extra strength and IS. Besides when I put 2 ammo it looks like didn’t have effect on her that’s why I put on more.
I agree that you seem to have found your limits with her - at least in polite company.
Also you seem to have seen how IO dragged you back from the brink - and its conversational enhancement properties.
Next time, less Ammo but the same amount of IS (and maybe a shot of IO?) and add-in the TUTH when you are in a better position to get sexual. Remember that one spray 5mcg TUTH contains as much none as 2 sprays standard Ammo but with no moderation.
Also remember that when you see her on her own, she may well be much more amenable to a more overt sexual - Women seldom feel like getting horny in front of someone’s family, they need much more comfort and preferably the sort of atmosphere that lets them freely lose their inhibitions for that!
Yea I’m going to use that set up you are telling me 2. But i think IO REALLY work magics. Thanks to mobocaster, that suggested to have that as back up. It was cool to see how she acted around when my family was present. Btw is it weird that I didn’t feel like any different feelings after I applied all that mone. If you are looking to have sex with a lady at your place while your family is there, I think you should try and make her really comfortable instead of uncomfortable, you’d stand more chance. I agree with Mobo on that.
Well that’s true but I noticed after IO she was really confortable and now she had the taste of it. I can only think if I made her feel that way when she was surrounded what would it be when she was alone with me. Let’s just wait till next Saturday
