See below for ‘references’ for my reasoning. P79 makes people feel more personally involved in what they are doing, whether it be a conversation (people wanting to get their point across with P79 on), deep focus on chores, becoming personally involved in a film or sex, or someone becoming more aware of you and showing some kind of interest in you (as per Sunny’s post below). That is how it works at being an amplifier/intensifier. Besides there are other pheromones that seem to enhance mixes and may act as amplifiers in ways such as AndrosteRone(more of a ‘solidifier’ but still a similar idea). Also if you call P79 an Instant Intensifier or Amplifier, how does that name possibly relate to the effect that’s the most obvious to a lot of users with P79-lively debate inducer, making people want to get their point across, etc.

My pheromone mix was complex and not really planned, but 45 min. before I put on the P79, I had added a couple of sprays of a mix of Instant Shine, Instant Openness and Instant Honesty. However she approached me only after I added 50 mcg of P79 to this.

Intensifier. But that’s just my working hypothesis. My idea might completely change once I get more testnig opps under my belt and I can pull back for an eagles eye view (I would say I have a sparrow’s eyes view right now..much better than an ant’s eye view!)
I’ve also noticed that I get the P79 effects going once the ambient P79 levels raise above 10 mcg, and get really kickin’ somewhere in the 25-50 range. (Of course, this always depends on the ambient mix!)
I’m not sure about tiny levels. In fact, Matt, you’re the first guy I know who has had some nifty results with small P79 doses. I see a lot of guys pick up the 2.5 mcg/spray P79 in the store because its cheap, and in the back of my head I can’t help but say, "Man…for the exact same dough you could have gotten a to go sized sprayer of P79 at 12.5 mcg and had better result…

BUT
Your post also sparks my curiosity that, just maybe, P79 has some sexually dimorphic effects going on? ie - it works different on femmes than males?
Or maybe I should rethink the 2.5 dosage?

Should you change the default in the store to 12.5 mcg? I wonder how many people order 2.5 mcg of putatives because they have no idea where to start and it’s cheaper. I’m guessing that for most mones 12.5 mcg is a useful but not excessive initial dose to start playing with.
I second that, i’ve read about P79 and decided to give it a shot, at first nothing happened, but then i read that some effective doses are when you have 20mcg or 30 mcg. So to get a good reaction (using 2.5 mcg) i had to use 8 sprays or more. Great results by the way. 
I ordered a couple of bottles more with 10 mcg/ spray.
Some putatives seem to work well at low doses. ie TAL works well for me at around 5-7.5mcg.

A314 would add comfort, and position you as a classical man ( DHV ). I think the key would be using not too much. Maybe even less than 1 drop or 1 spray of MX102 is ideal. Our own Thomas Lavoie does something like this.
Instant Honesty would make her feel like she’s known you forever. A true comfort accelerator (but maybe too comfortable in high amounts?). (I’ve gotten a lot of feedback saying that A314 and Honesty are actually killer for mystery’s C3)
Seduction: Turn Up The Heat + TAL + P79. Optional: A little Shine and/or Instant Openness
The Turn Up The Heat would add the sexual spark
The P79 would make 'em wanna do something about it, and reduce LMR
The TAL would make women aggressive and direct (chime in here, Taoist Biker and others!) and also reduce LMR.
