Copulins are never ever coming back to Androtics.
Androtics used to producs 3 mixes with Copulins. They were Raw power, Dirty and PheroProof (MX101).
There was some sort of drama with the Copulin supplier and the lines were dropped.
If I recall there was also some controversy over the use of copulins. A user claimed that he had knocked over his bottle and the copulins burned a hole in his rubber topped dropper. This prompted some safety concerns and may have contributed to Androtics finally dropping the copulin product line.
Yes, cops do have this annoying habit of rotting rubber and plastic - don’t know if its the solvent or he cops themselves but no phero ahs eer done this - which is why most people replace the bottle dropper with a proper lid and always store the wrapped bottle in an airtight tin. To contain the stink, just in case anything leaks.
Once upon a time there was this top vendor of cops in the USA. And most phero cos. thought the cops were “OK.” But the vendor for many years had a certificate on its site about -enone. The cert. said 99.9 % pure. But the chemists who made the cert. don’t sell 99.9% pure. It really doesn’t exist commerically. Reliable sources have said it’s a phony cert. This is going back 10 years. And it was still on the site as of 6 mos. ago.
So, suppose you sell mones. You sell sometimes to commerical clients. You have a reputation to protect. Do you do business with a cops provider that everyone (except the public) knows isn’t on the up and up? There weren’t/aren’t many good vendors for cops. And the one that is, that also supplies mones to some other sites, well…it posted a doctored analysis. The problem when dealing with an inconsistent vendor is batch quality. It’s that Androtics deemed no samples of cops were consistent. Each batch would have to be sent out for testing. Any poor batches would be substandard/unsaleable.
Som cos. are understandably terrified of using unreliable sources. If they try to use 500 nanograms in steering, and if it doesn’t test out, you then have a ruined A314 batch or something. The longer one is in business, the greater chance it will happen eventually. So, best bet is just don’t use any questionable suppliers. When it comes to cops, ***** Labs is the big player. If I were making blends, I don’t think I’d use cops, if they were the the only option. Cops are poly-molecular vs. mono-molecular. Testing a single compound might run $100+. For cops, you might have to separate each compound and test each against an analytical standard. How pure is each single component.
So, to my knowledge, there is no cops equivalent to ExperiMone. I’m also seeing some very dubious claims of 99% molecule purity on some sites. 98% is very good. Almost unbeatable, for -enone, for example. Some sites are selling 10 mg of product for a tiny fraction of what this molecule costs in the USA.
In a blind test, the average person might not tell between OK and excellent. It only matters if the co. selling it–if its personal philospophy is not to sell OK. So they don’t. If they can’t get excellent, they don’t use it. We’re not talking effects. Some people confuse effects with nominal purity. We’re talking the batches can’t test out consistent, and testing each batch would raise the price sky high. The best way to sell stuff dirt cheap is not to pay hundreds per batch of 10 grams or whatever for testing. Because you can’t sell it dirt cheap that way.
If you dig deep on the boards, you’ll find Androtics said just that. They tried multiple vendors, and each batch was different from the other. Including jugs of “cops” with fake certs. that, when sent for testing, didn’t check out. So, they just gave up and moved on. Before you jump to any conclusion, think a bit. There used to be the “other AD” selling lots of single molecule cheap. They stopped, to put their $ into profitable blends. What does that tell you? Selling quality molecule isn’t always cheap or profitable. Not 10 mg for $30. No way. Maybe later on I will see if I can find the exact thread where they talked about cops quality.
Yup - if you are going to try cops, get them somewhere else and mix them. Several good threads on recreating the old IJ if you sarch. IIRC Data4 was a big fan, so search his posts - MMD is right, the main cops vendor is a but squiffy and their other customers for commercial mixes are prone to big batch variances but that does not stop you from experimentinng - a bottle will last you flaming ages and it won’t cost a great deal, so no great loss if you stick to small batches and copletely re-test if you do go on to buying more bottles.
To clarify is that “Cops” are a number of acidic acids found in secret down there and in sweat of women..
we males do “produce” as well some of that acids that are found in “Cops”
so if you’re talking about Cops .. like EOW then you’re talking about a MIX of such acids .. it’s a product ..
there is no “Cops” as a single molecule .. what is commonly referred as cops is a MIX ..
Those acids are what i know about very hard to synthesize and to get the quality right .. so this is a pretty problematic field !
We know all how diffucult it is and was to find some quality synthesis on some molecules .. it was talked about this topic here on the forum a lot ..
and it seems to be even more problematic to get good quality on that fatty acids ..
