I don’t use pheros for every occasion, but I have noticed that every time I DO use pheros, Instant Shine is always one of them. I love the effects, both self and others. I was just wondering, does anyone have any situations in mind in which IS does not help? I like to use it with A314 to reduce the intimidation of my peers, and I use it in sexual mixes to reduce the overt and in-your-face characteristics of none. Hell, sometimes I wear it as a standalone to just make people enjoy my presence more than they already do
What do you guys think? Are there any mixes that it detracts from?
By the way, I think I can most-assuredly say that my moniker is no longer accurate. I am in no way, shape, or means skeptical of the power that these chemicals we place on our skin possess.
I’ve never worn it to a funeral but that is one situation it may not help - Depending on the person and the attitude of their relatives.
Otherwise, I’d think twice about wearing it if I was disciplining anyone at work - Which is thankfully not something I need to do a lot of but I do try to work my doses so that its just A314 for the baseline, then I use sprays to modify/steer it for specific situations. Which does work-out easies/most economic overall and least time in the bathroom in the morning for me.
The only time I experienced IS not coming through for me was when I was only able to apply it in the morning, and then had a stressful afternoon. Since the effects wear off so quickly (I’ve even seen it lose effectiveness in as quickly as 30 min), there’s no more lingering effect if I need it later but can’t reapply.
For me, other than using it during a situation where you DON’T want to liven things up Instant Shine is simply a go to/must buy product from AD. It’s in ALL my mixes. It’s whatever plus a spay of Instant Shine double strength to any mix. The only drawback is you have to watch for OD as you can, and likely will burn out from time to time.
When you OD with Instant Shine it’s bam, pretty much an instant downer, you can function, but you’re not in the happy high energy/high live zone you were before so I leave it at one spray all the time to try to avoid that. I also notice that happens when peeps are already fired up, and Instant Shine can put them over the top and they crash.
It can last anywhere between 30 min to 4 hours. The time that I saw it work only 30 min, I had already used some that morning, and had a super stressful afternoon. I topped off with only one more spray, and that relieved tension for me and my coworkers. But in a half hour, we were all back to the same stressed, bad mood as before. The more you put on at a time, generally the longer it will last. And effectiveness also has to do with your mood and the mood of others around you.
People only feel the uplifting self effects for about 30 minutes then they adjust to the feeling.
This does not mean it only works on those around you for 30 minutes.
The self effects people get from any pheromone are just a side effect from using something that your unused to in your own natural signature. You don’t notice your natural pheromone signature. Your accustomed to it. That doesn’t mean others do not pick up on those vibes.
My own natural signature must have limited mones or low levels because when I wear mones and mones combinations that have more complex signatures or higher doses I get self effects everytime which means I can really perceive the difference. This is why for me mones are like 20-30% not 10%. Back to IS I don’t even notice self effects anymore. Perhaps I’m already a happy guy as I’m always looking forward to improving myself and have the means now. When I had depression I felt the self effects of shine more, but nowadays I just wear it for its effect on others.
