It is. I got mine, it’s Rev 32.
Mine appears to be stuck in DHL-limbo.
The last time this happened, an overenthusiastic DHL bod sent it back to AD and it needed sent all over again!

Mine is stuck too, but I ordered some custom stuff, P’s and MX’s with it, so I’m still inside the normal lab delay. The return of A314 probably means that a lot of orders came in at the same time on their side and kinda slowed normal transit down. So I guess it’s no big deal. I keep the faith.

I get mine friday also! Wisconsin USA is also very humid during summer. First time ordering A314 oil though.

Even in really hot/humid conditions, you should get a good six hours out of an oil application.
Using a small amount of good quality hand lotion to barrier your skin at your app points will help make the most of your conditions - The lanolin in the lotion form a flexible barrier that lasts a few hours and slows degradation from skin bacteria.
Use as little lotion as you can manage to cover your app point and leave it for a couple of minutes to settle into your skin before applying the A314. I usually apply the lotion before putting my shirt on, then by the time I’ve buttoned-up and tied my tie, its ready for the A314 to go-on.
The only penalty I’ve noticed from this is a slight reduction in diffusion range but that’s unimportant in general use, as working close is the best method anyway. In a hot/humid climate, the extra diffusion will probably make the difference much less of a problem.

Stick to a good quality natural ingredient/lanolin-based lotion. That kind is most usable with pheros. Avoid pure lanolin though - it is just too sticky and smells like sheep! 
Cheaper products use synthetic equivalents that are usually less effective and often contain antibacterials that can be very damaging to your pheros. Triclosan is a major one to avoid!
