My name is Michael and I have tried Pherulure. It worked great for me but I was then looking at getting a different kind like Alpha or Chikara. Which is better?

Well, if you are coming from Pherlure, I would hope that you would find all the pheros here to be better. Its reputation ain’t that good TBH.
As you are only 18, it would generally be best to start with one or other of the social pheros as you are most likely to be producing a fair bit of none yourself and they will complement your natural output superbly.
You can choose from:

IO promotes good flowing conversations
IH helps bonding & closeness
IG sends a smooth, suave/status vibe that is not overly serious - maybe better for your age than A314?
