Which pheromones to wear to a wedding? (mildly awkward situation)

In about two months, I’ll be going to a wedding. And I just know I’ll need the pheromones, to mitigate the awkwardness I expect there. Read on.

Now, my goal isn’t really attracting women. According to what I know about the guest list so far, 95% of the attendees will be serious LTR and married couples. Most people will be 40+. Only my close friends, as well as the bride and groom, will be 30-somethings. The youngest person to be there is 28. I’ll be the only single man. Ideally, I want to skip the wedding altogether, since I don’t expect it to be fun at all. But I’ve been good friends with the groom for over a decade, so skipping his wedding wouldn’t be right. I’ll just man up and go.

There may be two or three single women my age, but I already know who they are, and I’m not interested in them at all, as friends or sexually. Why? When I first met them, they were nice to me but still came off as kind of snooty and LTR-obsessed, and they can’t swing dance. (I know the bride, who’s a nice lady, and she said she plans to play swing music.) So I don’t plan to interact with them beyond friendly small talk, barring alcohol and/or sudden interest. And asking them to dance is out of the question: they’ll either say no, or they’ll say yes but won’t know how to follow my lead.

My goal is respect/status, rather than attraction/intimacy. Considering the awkwardness of being the only single guy at a wedding, of all venues, I want to project a strong, unashamed, no-nonsense vibe. Similar to how I did in my fetish club report (link), except this time, with a hint of romantic fun. Any sexual results are a distant second priority. I also want something to deter “well-meaning” (read: irritatingly persistent) older ladies from trying to fix me up with their daughters. I had nothing but bad experiences with those fix-ups, and want no part of it.

Now, the questions:

  1. Which ones of my pheromones should I wear to meet my goal?
  2. What other pheromones do you recommend buying for the wedding?
  3. Would P133 be appropriate for a wedding in any way?

Anyone? What were your experiences with wearing pheromones to a wedding (as a guest), and how did it work out?

Hi, I would just slap on 3 drops of A314 and be done with it.

Plenty of status and attraction, simple yet effective.

I agree with the A314 if anything else would wear this one. This will provide the respect/status for sure and if you want no-nonsense type this will do it and think 3-4 drops for 40+ should be about right for this. I would not consider the TUTH at all as this does not seem to fit what you want. Also I would place Ammo at the bottom of the list to as you are not looking to attract anyone.

IS also comes to mind as at least everyone should be in a great mood. I would wear a low dose enough to just make people happy and overpower a little with the A314 to keep the serious vibe.

I have a small update. I learned that there will not be a singles’ table, since the number of single people is so small: just me and the two women I mentioned. So it looks I’ll be seated in a sea of couples; not exactly a comforting thought. Also, “not looking to attract anyone” isn’t the cause, but the effect. Because there won’t be anyone to attract. That said, I’ve had great experience with A314+IShine recently, when I wore it to a dental office: a normally businesslike, no-nonsense dentist acted very pleasant and friendly with me. So perhaps the attending couples, who may perceive themselves to be above me, will be more likely to view me as an equal that way.

My biggest concern is dancing. That’s where I’ll really stick out. I can hope that one of my friends’ girlfriends will be nice enough to dance a song or two with me, since she’s good at Latin dancing. (I’ve danced salsa with her before, and absolutely no boundaries were crossed, so my friend trusts me there.) But it still feels kind of lacking, as opposed to dancing with a potential romantic partner.

Bumping this thread, since the wedding is a few weeks away, and I’m looking for any last-minute ideas. Also, the bachelor party has been planned: it’s dinner and a strip club. I’ll be the only single man at that party too; everyone else has SO’s at home. My goal is the same: high status among the relationship’ed people. Attention from dancers, I don’t care. I don’t even like strip clubs; I’m only going to support my friend.

What do I wear, both to the bachelor party and the wedding? All additional input is welcome.

I am still leaning towards the A314 all the way. I think some Ammo could be good for the dancing/strip club. I think they both could be used together very well also. I think 2 drops of A314 and 1-2 sprays of Ammo should work good. I don’t know the age everyone and may be a little much on the Rone, I am just going off of your first post and this would get you the no-nonsense type of vibe you are looking for. The iffy part would be where the moms might try to hook you up with there daughters though.

I have found Rone heavy mixes to hit older women hard especially the 40+ age range. But if they are under 40 this might be a good option.

If it’s mainly to support your friend, I’ll recommend A314 + IShine combo. :slight_smile:

Actually, almost everybody at this wedding will be 36+ and non-single to boot. The stereotypical wedding fun (think of opening scenes in “Wedding Crashers”) just isn’t going to be there. Swing dancing, which I’m good at, is as crazy as it’s going to get. So the relatively un-fun vibe of A314 is no issue. Maybe I’ll add 1 spray of Ammo for the bachelor party, but that’s about it.

As for mothers trying to fix me up with their daughters, that’s actually my biggest concern. I want no part of it. Because the daughters in this case are often looking to get married (namely, to acquire that coveted “married” status), rather to find a loving person. BIG difference!

I might even leave off the IShine. My supply of it isn’t big, and I’d rather save it for the upcoming holidays and/or the new girl I’m friends with and hoping to be more. As you can tell, I’m dreading this wedding. :slight_smile:

Precisely the reason why you need some Shine in there. :slight_smile: It’s not your wedding so, you must not forget to give off a happy vibe for the marrying couple. And besides, with Shine, you’ll always wiggle out of a tight situation with a smile. :slight_smile:

Maybe you’re right, Dee A. But based on the hunch I have and the pre-work I’ve helped with so far, this wedding doesn’t seem very IShine-y. I’m not dreading it because I worry about his marriage severing the friendship; he and his fiancee respect me enough not to do that. It’s just that I expect it to be a very conservative, sedate event, that already cost me more than I planned for. (Buying a new suit, booking a hotel room in walking distance, etc.) Also, just look at the demographics: not exactly a group inclined to cut loose and have fun; with boundaries, obviously. I know about 1/3 of the people, and they’re not the party type in the slightest, their good traits nonewithstanding.

If you were to recommend something other than IShine, which I kind of want to save for more lively occasions, what would it be? (See first post for a list of what I already own.) That, and possible suggestions on slogging through that evening. After all, I don’t expect one person (me) wearing IShine to magically transform the vibe.

Hmm…

I think you should try out first A314 + p130 would give off a vibe you want to wear in the wedding.

If, by prior experience, p130 relaxes you, or lifts your mood, then it’s a good replacement for the IShine. :slight_smile:

Well, the wedding is just around the corner, and so is the bachelor party. The latter will be a low-key night of drinking at a sports bar. I’ll probably skip the pheromones for the bachelor party, since a bar night with all guys isn’t a pheromone-worthy occasion. Not to mention it’ll be inordinately low-key for a bachelor party.

But for the wedding, I want to megadose on A314, for that standoffish “I’m single; find a new topic or find a new conversation partner!” vibe. And maybe add a touch of CTTM2, just to seem friendlier to the people I care to talk to.

I don’t want to wear any fun/friendly/sexy pheromones, as not to tempt the elderly women to fix me up with their granddaughters. Because: (1) due to the generation gap, they might not know much about my likes and dislikes, (2) the granddaughters might want a ring/marriage, rather than love, and (3) those women could hyperfocus on me being Jewish, for their bloodline, to the exclusion of everything else. In a nutshell, I’ll be getting fixed up for all the wrong reasons, and for some reason, I find that highly insulting. Oy vey! Take my word for it: it’s a very common problem for a Jewish single dude attending a Jewish wedding. At least there’ll be lox with cream cheese on toast points.

So, without further ado:

  • A314: 4 sprays on temples, 2 on each
  • CTTM2: 1 spray on forehead

I say try it why not. The A314 might hit the older women harder though, but it is serious enough by itself it should be ok with no buffers or anything so it might be just what you are looking for.
