So a camera I just bought brand new from Best Buy a little over 30 days ago just decided to stop turning on after only using it once. I went and stood in line forever at BB only to find I had to go to the geeks first to make sure it was broken. Well after waiting in the second line the confirmed that it was broken but it was over 30 days since I bought it so they couldn’t do anything. I was wearing 3 drops of A314 and the geeksquad manager and the floor manager were treating me like a king once I requested them. They for no reason allowed me to just switch it with another in the store free of charge. They all seemed quite worried about making sure I was happy. A lot of people in line before me had similar problems and got overly angry at BB people… I was cool calm and relaxed the whole time which could also be why they wanted to help me out more… Boom!
