Look, Tisha, I don’t know you except from your posts on a screen. You seem like a nice, well-meaning person. Regardless of the way you make it sound here, I am not connected with the running of the forum over there. I am a member, and most members over there know the story and exactly what happened with happykitsune, and why she was banned. It was looking more and more suspicious to THE OWNERS AND MODS, who took action to protect the members of the forum, and make sure that security is tight. If she had called when she found she was banned, it could have resolved the issue immediately.
The subject had gotten around to Ail and Dolly earlier when I was responding to Steve about people being banned for speaking the truth here, because he hinted that maybe HK was banned because she was speaking out against products. I pointed out that this was not true. Happykitsune brought up the name ban in response to what I said, and it is apparent she just does not know the whole story that I was referring to in my response to Steve.
Your post was about the name ban, but the name ban is Androtics’ business. I do not care whose products will be mentioned and whose will not. As you said in your post, you will shop where you please, and so will I.
GEEZ, what we have said a million times is that when she found she was banned, all it would take would be one phone call. She instead tried to sign up again, and came into another forum to whine about it, instead of SIMPLY picking up the phone.
As I said, I am not a mod or an owner over there. I am a forum member, just like anyone else. I am reporting what I have seen. The reason I am here speaking at all is because happykitsune BROUGHT it here. And, in her search for sympathy, she was not telling the whole story (because she did not even call the owners over there to find out the whole story herself). I felt that other members deserved to know the story from the other side.
Once again, happykitsne’s banning had NOTHING to do with the name issue, the competition, or anything else that has occurred in the phero retailer market. There was a young girl, who signed up with two accounts under one ip, acted suspiciously, made inconsistent statements on a public forum, and was banned for it. When she realized it, she did not call to resolve the situation, but simply tried to create ANOTHER account. You have been a mod. In this day of internet security and forum trolls, and so many other ugly nasties, you can’t be too cautious. But again, WHEN she was banned, all she had to do was call, and it would have been resolved. You don’t go onto a separate forum and whine.
And, as Lor pointed out earlier, in THAT forum, any personal opinions about other companies or individuals are private. They are not dragged out into an open forum.
