I sprayed to forarm 2 sprays and took a shower and washed it pretty good with maximum strenght soap and oxigen proxide and I can still smell tuth on my arm. 
You mean the neroli smell or the androstenone smell of turn up the heat?

None has serious staying power. The peroxide and Witch Hazel remedies Mark suggested will clear out most of it, but there will be a slight residual that just has to wear off. It shouldn’t take too long, though. Something I use is a skin cleanser/exfoliater called Clean and Clear. It’s basically like Noxema, and is used a lot by women to remove makeup. You put it on dry and rub it in a little bit. Let it sit for a minute then add a little water while scrubbing. Keep adding more water (using a damp washcloth) while scrubbing, then rinse. Gojo with pumice also works, but it’s pretty abrasive and might make more sensitive areas raw, like the insides of your elbows.

Well, Dirty’s on hold for now. At the moment, I have three little incisions healing on my gut and a Oxycodone high like you wouldn’t believe! After about a week, I’ll think about getting out and using it. I’m anxious to!
Oh, and starting a journal is easy. Go to the Men’s Journals subforum above and start your own thread. Nothing to it. It’s just an easy way to keep all your reports neat and in your own thread.

Androstenone is powerful stuff, it hangs around a while and doesn’t dissipate unless you wash it off. Just like many musk ketones, the molecules will last more than a day on your body, and can stay in clothing (or bedsheets for that matter) for days. The fact you took a shower should make most of what’s left on your body residual and not all that unusual.
I think androstenone is definitely one of the most “physical” pheromones out there, which sort of compounds things… it would be nice if TAA / instant shine hung around so long (I guess I’ll have to get the oil one of these days). Actually it’s sort of annoying that androstenone lasts. But there’s a biological reason why sex pheromones last, and last… to draw animals together over long distances. Humans just happen to have a mediocre sense of smell (actually it’s one of our better senses- our eyesight and hearing both suck).
Now, the social pheromones don’t last so long… and I have my own hypothesis on why that is: I think they are closely assosciated with transient moods. I think we use them socially to read each others moods, and moods can change quickly depending on what is happening. These 'mones also seem to have much deeper effects on people than androstenone, affecting a person’s unconscious alot more.
