1 milligram = 1,000 micrograms… so you’re gonna have to dilute it.

My sweet spot for EST is between 100/150 mcgs. That’s about what it takes to get the reactions I’m looking for. You might find you do fine with lower doses but most of the ladies who’ve used it usually reported finding themselves on the upper end when it comes to EST.
