I am really looking forward to seeing what you guys think and which mix you like best… but I can’t guarantee that if you have some sort of allergy type response to androstenone, that it won’t remain for you. I do know that it’s buffered well so you get the benefits without the egatives.
wow im just amazed on how this one mix can get everyone all hot and bothered THIS much. i mean oooya wants to leave if they dont get the products and everyone else is all just a big conspiracy or the like.
i mean i know that these pheros are a big deal and costs are getting higher for everyone in the U.S.
i also know that pheros have helped a great deal for some peoples lives and thats great, but…well i dont know what im tryin to get at. it all seemed FUBAR for a while and some people were getting mad at androtics even they started this whole thing with their life changes. idk what else to say

denec, yes i’m disturbed as well. ps wasn’t made in a week, and androtics isn’t general motors…so given the time frame and my assumption of the size of the company ANY miscommunications is f’ed up.
on placebos: why would you need to blind test pheromones? this makes no sense. if you gave me a bottle of tap water that got me laid..you bet your ass i’d pay for it!!
and back to the real question…when will more be in stock?
To start with, they should have offered you a signed nondisclosure agreement right from the beginning. As soon as you approached them about formulation, that should have been the first step. This protects your proprietary information and is standard operating proceedure for any company dealing with outside developers, designers, and inventors. This is a widely available, standard boilerplate contract. Among other places, you can download a copy at http://www.score.org/downloads/NonDisclosureAgreement.pdf
Then there is a licenseing agreement that should be in place before any public distribution of product. This would layout, among other things, the rate and schedule of royalty payments. Even if you don’t expect payment until much later in the process, there should be an agreement to that effect in place before product distribution in the public market. Hell, even if you were going to give it to them for free, forever, they should want a licenseing agreement saying that, in order to protect the company.
The inability to complete or even initiate these agreements is what has caused us to lose Diane and her copulins. This situation is very likely permanent. These statements are not speculation.
Licenseing agreements can have a wide range of provisions depending the requirements of that particular project, although most companies, because they regularly deal with the same kind of product and process, have a general type of agreement that they use. They often include not only payments but also promises of promotion and advertising levels, minimum sales (or payment in lieu of), product specifications, who is responsible for the legal defense of patents or proprietary information, and often have a provision for the inventor/designer to audit the process in order to insure fair and honest payment. In any case, all of this should be, or should have been, agreed to before public distribution of product.
You, or Androtics, or for that matter any business or individual, can get help patenting and licenseing any invention or technology at any major public university. They have entire groups of people dedicated to licenseing the technologies developed in the university labratories. They almost all have provisions for assisting individuals and businesses with technology development. It is usually free or at very low cost. Those are your tax dollars at work.

Employment and consulting contracts are a whole different thing. Read carefully and understand what you’re signing. Any questions, get legal counsel.

I’ve been enjoying this community since May last year and have spent almost $1000 on Androtics products which have had an incredibly positive life-changing effect on me. I definitely feel as if I have enough experience in testing pheros to provide some good feedback for these mixes and hope I can contribute somehow to the future of these mixes, whatever shape that may take.
I’m flying later today but will be back in town in Monday, and should have plenty of opportunities for testing next week. I think I’ll try a couple of sprays for the flight anyway, and see what happens

I apologize if you, or anyone else, was offended by what I said. I did not intend offense. I was frustrated because I tried testing with people from Androtics, and people from elsewhere, and could not get the experiments to work the way I wanted them to in either case (for different reasons). I also tend to forget what I want to say while I am overwhelmed with what to respond to.
Yes, I call it Panty Scorcher because it’s designed to cause arousal - among other things, to be sure. But what I am trying to do first and foremost, during testing, is understand it as well as possible so I can make it as effective as possible. That does not happen if I send off my testing supplies and I get no feedback… or worse yet, I have people thinking that it’s a placebo when it’s not, because they didn’t have preconceived notions that were unrealistic in the first place fulfilled.
Panty Scorcher is a pheromone mix. It’s not a lobotomy. In the right circumstances, it has repeatedly shown itself to do some pretty interesting things. Sometimes rather dramatic things. But even PS can be “overridden” by those exposed… take for instance, my “quadruple Scorpio” redheaded friend. Scorpio, for those who are not getting the astrological reference, is a Fixed sign (rigid, resist change, unyielding), and one of the subjects it rules is sex for procreation. Having four planets in Scorpio produces a lot of this energy… and she is known to be very emotional (Scorpio), very sexual (Scorpio) and very stubborn (Scorpio). I thought this would have her all over me.
But instead, it made her talk to me more. Not a hint of sexual arousal directed at me. She talked to me about the guy she was interested in, even though I was in a closed car with her the whole time. What happened? Scorpio is very resistant to change and extremely emotional. She had put me in the “friend zone” a long time ago, and it is mutual. Also, she strongly associates sex with love… and that is not going to be coming from me. I’m a friend. So when she started becoming aroused, she directed it at the subject of her interest.
Not every woman is going to be like her, of course, as most women are not this rigid in thinking or response. But this serves to illustrate a situation in which PS worked, but I did not get the expected results. If I had not known what to look for, I might not have thought it worked at all. I know she was complaining that much, however, because she was aroused and he wussed out because of me and my awesome phero signature - leaving her frustrated.
The point I’m making is that there is bound to be a lot of high expectations for PS that gets disappointed because people’s expectations are not in line with the circumstances. If you go in expecting women to just fall at your feet with their legs spread, you’re probably going to be disappointed.
If on the other hand, you try PS and simply observe what happens… and you don’t make the woman do everything… and she is exposed to it for long enough… and you don’t scare her off with bad hygiene, creepy/stalker-esque behavior, etc… you may be pleasantly surprised.
Getting laid is great and all, but during testing, I am more interested in knowing what happened and understanding why. That will let me make the choices that puts it at it’s best to do what you guys want. I’m sure you see my point.

I only ask on the assumption that you would be kept in the loop more than most. And the fact that I have been hovering on the product page for your mix in hopes of getting a chance at buying it.
