Yes catlord17, not scientific. And I never said you weren’t doing “top end research,” but in fact I do believe what you are doing is top notch, but no not scientific. There are just way to many variables to consider it scientific. Research yes, but scientific no. Using Blind testing and placebos is merely a small part of the scientific method: Scientific method - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Scientific studies involve knowing the variables like the first one which just happens to be the biggest: What actual molecules are you using? If you don’t know, then you can only be researching how unknown molecules interact with each other. Lots of fun, but nothing scientific can come from it, unless of course you know exactly whats in a mix and only Michael knows that I would presume. Even then it would still have to be studied in a lab somewhere by real scientists, not hobbyists.
Please understand I am not knocking your inquisitive state and I think its awesome. I also like to create mixes, but now that I work as a consultant I am told that any mix I create is the property of Androtics. It doesn’t really matter anyway since I have no idea what 4 of the 7 molecules in MX301 actually are. Its useless to me as a product if I ever wanted to do anything so I shared with the community. I would suspect you to be also focusing more on the potential to earn income rather than on the science. There is not a thing wrong with that either.
You’ve no intimate knowledge of the company’s actual inner workings, but speculation is all so much fun. Holding your presence hostage isn’t going to change a thing.
Why would they come up w/ an effective mix and then sit on it? From a business standpoint it illogical. If there’s any validity to this then the test mixes were a waste. Just a big tease. Unless the company just wanted the rights, then well, that makes perfect sense.
My presence is not going to change. I made that clear just a little while ago.
I’ve made only a very few speculations about the companies operations in this thread. Those were pretty obvious and could have been left out entirely without effecting the points that i was trying to get across.
As a customer, the whole thing is a black box. It does not matter what goes on inside the box. As long as what you want comes out of the box. If it what the customer wants does not come out of the box, then the customer will find another box.
Choosing one brand/box over another is something we all do dozens of times everyday. We make those choices based on a multitude of reasons and often for no reason at all. These decisions often effortless, sometimes thoughtless. But very, very seldom are they based on anything that happens inside the box.
What makes this situation unusual is that like all of the rest of you, I have a abiding gratitude for what these products have done to my life, and as a result, a strong loyalty to this company and this community. Therefore, my decisions as a customer are in this case difficult, and certainly not effortless or thoughtless.
I have got to correct an error that I made. Catlord’s Panty Scorcher MX test pack is available. In his original formulation with the secret ingredient. When I checked the store it was not available which led to my mistake. I was wrong.
Congratulations Catlord. I know this is the fruit of a lot of long, hard work for you. If it remains consistently available, that would indeed be a triumph for this company, and I hope the first in a long line future victories. Maybe I need to get one of these test packs and pour it all over me to celibrate. lol I’m trying to see this as a ray of hope. Might be it will take a little more time to sink in.
I’ve never tried Spaceland. Maybe I should hose myself down with some of that to try to get past my disappointment in this company’s otherwise dismal performance as a manufacturing concern.
Enough of my depressing drivel! Y’all just party on like I wasn’t here.
Amongst all these posts CatLord probably won’t see this but I’ll ask anyway. I know the optimal dose of PS is 3 sprays - so 3 sprays will be what I try first. However, I’m just wandering should a 21 year old be worried about anone OD, I presume it won’t be an issue but I’m just checking. I don’t want to scare my age group away from me.
I have taken a lot of care in buffering the androstenone in PS because I am very sensitive to none rage. I don’t think you’d have problems, even if you were to go as high as 4-5 sprays. But we will just have to see, won’t we?
You seem to be trying mighty hard to find things to be upset about. I don’t believe I was referring to you. Primarily, I am referring to the people I had testing the mix who know nothing about pheromones. They don’t know how expensive it is… they don’t know what’s going on. Seriously, man, lighten up and relax. You are taking this way too seriously.
Alright, I’ll clear up my confusing statement before.
I know I’m not using full scientific method. I know that I don’t know what the T’s and P’s are. I also know that blind testing is useful for figuring out some of the answers I want. So are placebos. I’m not taking offense at what you have said. I’m just getting a little overwhelmed trying to respond to everything.
And does this mean that if I become a consultant for Androtics, that they somehow automatically own my mix? Without informing me of that intent or situation? Cause if that’s the case, I’d be pretty damned upset.
thats great to hear You seem to have a similar anone tolerance as me (2 sprays of Ammo is enough thanks). Your right, we will have to wait and see though. I’m finding MX292 to be much better for me at 1-2 sprays as appose to the informally recommended 3. A touch too much anone in 3 sprays for me. I’m confident enough to believe that 3 sprays of PS should be fine, so I’ll start with 3 and work down if necessary.
I have used PS at as many as 5 sprays, and had ZERO negative androstenone reaction. I designed it to be useful and effective for the widest possible audience.
this is what I thought, but wanted to make sure. I can’t wait to test it
I’d rep you because a thanks doesn’t seem enough but it won’t let me till I’ve spread some more love around.
repped you both because i was wondering the same thing, as i get crazy reactions (sweat and red eyes) from -none self effects. it works wonders on people around me, i just have to watch where i spray it.
No offense was taken by me my friend. I wasn’t even posting about the science issue from your standpoint. It was more to dispel others opinions about what scientific study entails.
And my post didn’t mean a thing about you creating mixes. I was saying that, because I was jealous that you and the other forum members get to still create mixes, where as if I do, someone else, by default owns all my hard-work. I mean I did consult with an intellectual property rights attorney about my ICM mix and yes technically I do own it since I was only asked to sign that long after it was created. The thing is though, who cares, since I just don’t know what 80% of the mix is anyhow. Personally I’m just glad I get to share it with so many people on this forum. That is a thrill in itself to know I’ve created a monster of a mix but I’d much rather be making some type of money.
Androtics is certainly not Microsoft where people are becoming millionaires and I suspect I will need a second job in the coming days due to the economic issues in the USA. Anyway that’s another story entirely. I’m sure you will be fine catlord17.
Maybe if they can get a contract with the CIA and FBI to provide IO and IH to use during interrogations instead of water boarding … just a thought. hee hee
I don’t know it this will help (sorry don’t have money to throw at you ) but making my own versions of your ICM mixes has helped me in more ways than I ever thought they would. First, it brought out the mad scientist in me by taking the time to try each component and learn how it worked for me and how I could make the most of it. Then after making the composites where I was actually trying them out showed me just how well pheros work as a social lubricant and helped me come out of my shell in a huge way. THANKS!
