Showed up to the the interview, and was told it would be in the conference room. This guy came up and shook my hand and introduced himself and said to follow him to the conference room. On our way there he started giving me tips like there will be 6 people in this interview. He told me to make sure I concentrate on 3 specific people. They are the ones that really matter.
We get to an empty conference room, but it’s about 10 minutes before the interview is supposed to start so it was expected. There are papers on the conference table and he picks it up, looks at it and says “ooh looks like these are your questions. Look at it real quick and I’ll stand watch for you at the door.” At first i was thinking are you serious? Was this a test? Was this a setup? A lot went through my mind for the next 5 seconds. I finally made the decision to look. Scanned through it, and it was about 20 technical and non technical questions.
He then whispers real quick to put down the paper. So i sit in my chair and sure enough the interviewers come in. I get introduced to everyone, and take note of the 3 names the guy told me to remember. The interview was just those 20 questions.
Overall I feel it went well. I was feeling very confident, and the interview seemed more relaxed than any interview I ever been in. Even though there were 6 people asking questions with all eyes on me.
They told me there are 2 others going for this position, and I was the first. They also said they will finish the 2 other interviews by the end of ther week and make a decision next week. I still keep thinking to myself if the peeking at the questions was a test or not. If it was I failed and probably wont get the job.
I will report back next week whether I get it or not.
With A314 I would say both P90 and P74 together with IH is a bit overkill depending mostly on the dosages from my experiences. A314 has a certain effect that is neutralized or directed differently by P90 which in itself has a bit of authority to it. It definitely has it’s place and uses like around large amounts of children. Adding IH to this IMO is effective I use 4x. I like it because it seems less personal and balances well with the P90 and you still get 99& of the A314 vibe.
I have used P74 @ 12.5mcgs 1-3 sprays along with P90(15mcgs),IH(4x), and A314(2-4 drops) For me I thought the P74 at those doses basically overcame the P90 and made it pointless to wear both as it pertains to this specific mix. It became more like a very expensive version of IG.
I have always found P90 to be much less obvious than P74 (with the latter being a warm, mellow, cool guy vibe that has an element of acceptance and inclusion within the group - people invite you to things). I have had good results with P74 at interviews and similar kinds of meetings. Never really noticed a tremendous influence from P90, although it might be there is a positive and powerful impact but that it is just too subtle to notice despite working a behind-the-scene influence.
So I get offered the position, and gladly accepted it. I start on October 3rd. I would like to say thank you to Androtics for making this a possibility. Never in my life would I have thought I would be at the 100k mark. I know mones didn’t 100% do it for me, but I feel it was the deciding factor that pushed me over the edge from the other applicants.
A314, P74 and IH is the money mix. Wear it to your next interview.
