High Powered Job Interviews

Information about me and my situation.

I am a financial advisor going for a highly paid senior job. I live in England and the temp is not particularly hot here. I am 33 , and this is relatively young for this profession. I am constantly competing with people 10+ years older than me, conversing with lawyers and accountants, and dealing with clients double my age.

I need a potential employer to believe that older, higher achievers will listen to my advice and that I can build rapport. I need to convey professionalism and will be suited and booted.

I have the knowledge, but need to convey gravitas.

I am in the process of sweet spot testing but this is not proving greatly successful having moved up to 5-6 drops of A314 oil - I will give it time and work at it but these interviews are coming thick and fast and I do not have the time.

Any pointers? I have A314 oil, IH spray, P74, IG to play with

P51 Mustang was/is in the same industry that you are and I beileve faced the same challenges. Check out his journal for mixes he used during interviews. P51Mustang's Journal
I think they start on this page.

Excellent thanks!

Just continue using A314 for a few weeks.. let say at 2-3 drops a day. I dont think you’d need 5-6 drops.. after a few weeks, when you look back, you can see how it worked for you. A314 is one of those few phero cocktails whose effects may take some time for you to notice…

Unlike sheer hornyness as triggered by TUTH in women, When a phero conveys trust and respect to both men and women, it is difficult for others to swallow it immediately, but continue exposing them to it for a few weeks, they will come around..and you will start noticing the spectacular results of A314.

In your job circumstance, A314 is the best bet. Use a few sprays of IH too when you interact with your superiors..helps build that instant rapport. I too work in a similar setup and it has worked wonders for me

So interview is tomorrow.

The first interview is with the HR manager. So there are going to be some minor tests, followed by a chat with her. She will then decide from the test results and her impression of me as to whether I would be a fit for the company.

The firm is very professional and its clients are lawyers and high earners.

Going with A314 but was wondering whether to add IH or P74. I need to build rapport but don’t want to overdo the friendliness vibe.

I had an interview on Monday. I went with 2 drops of a314 rev 23, 10 mcg of p74, 12.5 mcg of anol, and 10 mcg of bnol. Lot’s of report. Lot’s of respect. Lot’s of confidence on my side. Lot’s of confidence from them in me. It was the smoothest interview ever. It was suppose to be just an interview with the VP’s. If they liked me I would have a second interview with the hiring manager. They brought the hiring manager in after talking to me for about 30 mins. I turned them from interviewing me to them selling to me and me interviewing them. I think that’s key. You need to let them know that you are looking for the best place to apply your skills. The mones will create an atmosphere that allows the best you to come across.

Thanks for the link JW.

I do the same profession, except I’m younger than you, and most managers are double my age. I did make it to the final interviews but from the questions I was getting I knew it was cause of years of experience. I’m just a little over 4 years, and 2.5 in this specific advisory role. I used A314 3x + 4x IS, and 2x of IH for the most part. I did like the P74 because of the buddy effect, but based on what you’re saying I would stay away from that because you want them to trust you, not be their buddy, and this advice is only specifically for your situation.

The mixes work, because I did get a job offer, but it wasn’t in the wealth management side, but rather on the banking side. I turned that down because I would rather wait and gain more experience with this and do what I ultimately want rather than switch to banking and do what I don’t want. It seems that you do have your professional life in order so you’re good to go. Do not do too much A314 because I think it will just confuse the shit out of the interviewers.

The feedback I’ve gotten when wearing the mix was that I was sharp, on point, extremely knowledgeable, and gotten to the last phases of those interviews. I’ve held second interviews with managers that manage entire regions here in the US. A314 + IS + IH is definitely the way to go, IME and IMO.

add IH especially for that interview with HR person

I would suggest getting 2-3 drops of A314 . and that is it !
some training and rehearsal will not hurt ,either .

For your situation (very formal) I’d go A314 with a bit of IH.

2 drops of A314 and 2 sprays of IH. If you have the A314a sprays I’d do 1 spray 30 minutes before and 2 sprays of IH.

Just wanted to drop by and wish you luck.

Go get em.

Hi all

Many thanks. Interview went well, test were a bit over the top and very subjective. That aside within 20 mins of leaving they said they liked me and offered a 2nd interview, subject to the test results!

I gotta decide if its the right job for me though.

Went with 3 drops of A314 (oil) added at 7.30am, added 2 sprays of IH at 9.45am, interview was at 10am

Excellent stooj! Congrats on the 2nd interview!

Did you anything that you can attribute to the IH application or the A314?

I like the time delay of application…

The interview lasted for 3 hours, of which the first couple of hours were testing! For the actual interview I did notice that the HR lady was agreeing with each of my statements and nodding quite alot. What did seem odd was that she was agreeing before I had even finished each statement. This was quite off putting as I kept thinking “I haven’t even go to the point yet!”. Had this been any other situation I would have thought that she wasn’t interested in what I was saying and was just agreeing in hope that she could get rid of me. Looking back I think she was agreeing because she already had made her mind up about offering the 2nd interview. I suppose I can put this down to IH.

Because it isn’t that warm here I felt I needed to add the A314 oil early in the morning so that it had time to develop and add the IH just before going in.

One thing though..the elevator was out of order which meant that I had to scale 4 flights of stairs to get there and this caused my body temperature to increase some what! - probably helped!

Another interview today and went with 3 x A314 oil added at 8.40am and 3 x IH added at 9.50am, interview at 10am.

Meeting was less formal and with the director himself. He said that he doesn’t usually do long interviews, but it did still last over and hour and he felt the need to show me around the office after.

Before I went to the interview I dropped into a shop to by some Red Bull and at the till I noticed that the old woman behind the counter took my money, gave me my receipt and then continued to stare directly at me until I decided to leave!

Any news yet on the results of your interviews, stooj?

I work in a different industry than yours, but some of the positions within it are highly competitive. Interviews can be grueling, and those doing them are highly skilled at watching people. That’s really the nuts and bolts of a high-end interview, though. They want to see how you react to the questions, particularly if it’s a structured interview that asks you to describe how you handled specific situations.

I know some of the people who do interviews, and from my talks with them, the quoted part of your post above is a very positive thing. Bad interviews usually end with a handshake and a “thank you for coming”, with an implied “Please show yourself out.” The fact that the director, whose time I’m sure is very valuable to him, took the time to show you the office means that the interview went pretty darned good.

Be sure and let us know how this ends.

Hi all

Thanks for the comments. Being the tax year-end over here everyone has been busy and therefore there are delays to the interviews, which is fine because I am just as busy.

Looks like the test result were good for the 1st interview and they are waiting on the directors, who are not available until Monday.

Will keep you posted
