I have read you should use some products 3 day and one day off .
As I try to go back and read witch ones are witch well the frustration ahhh.
So if you would like to help me a newbie please chime in.

I have ordered Alpha A314,ISHINE/m,Instant Honesty.
I really don’t want to over use these things and get the wrong effect.
Well unless you’re over 35 you should really only consider using Turn Up the Heat when sex is a strong possibility like toward the end of a date.
Most none products in general will be stuff you should cycle like that since None can build up on you and eventually lead to None OD.
But in all honesty I think you should take a day or even two off from mones in general around people to help minimize them becoming numb to the effects. Change up your mix fairly regularly as well.
I’m 50 so do you think I can get away with using tuth regular strength daily?

Oh yeah, Especially if you use A314. Personally I seem to get better results with A314 and TuTH than with A314 and Ammo since at 35 I don’t produce as much None as a teenager or even a guy in his mid 20’s. TuTH is overtly sexual but against a high rone product on an older man it can be socially acceptable imo since it’s probably juuuust enough to convey that you’re still a sexual being. If it works good for me then I’m sure you should be fine (keep in mind I use it with a high Rone product:A314 and not as a stand alone)
