A314 and career advancement

Hello,

A question for all of you A314 users out there: How long regular usage did it take for you to notice any kind of career advancement or change in your value in your working environment? A couple of days, months or maybe years? What kind of signs of a314 effects were there along the way, and what kind of tips would you give in using it as a tool for getting ahead in professional life?

The reason I’m asking is because currently I don’t feel that valued in my work, despite my good and consistent performance, and was wondering if it would be wise to use A314 in order to change the current order of things?

Thanks for the answers.

It took around a month to find my basic dose and for the very first signs that things were getting a little different to show for me.

Five years later, I’m still being surprised by it and where its getting me!

What kind of signs were there; did you get a new position somewhere along the line or what? I was thinking of using 3 drops of the newest revision as my dosage, do you think it would be a good starting point for me?

First I was asked to do a few things that were a little out of the ordinary and people started asking my opinions more - nothing specific until I found myself invited to dinner with some of the most major worthies my work is connected with and I found myself chatting away with one of the most senior guys involved in the 2012 Olympics - that was the first “WTF am I doing here” moment. After that they continued thick and fast.

The next thing was that thanks to a former employer with a generous training policy, I had some professional qualications in the media/PR line - So as well as my main role (sciences), I was the help-out guy for our Public Affairs people - which meant I got the jobs they couldn’t be bothered with or otherwise didn’t want. My profile there changed majorly over a pretty short period and i was soon involved in major stuff and quite often running substantial events by myself - The A314 (sometimes with extra steering) also helped me deal very effectively with some pretty major egos difficult people, VIPs etc.

So last year I was shifted to the same role in a much more prestigious part of the organisation - Which actually left me with more time to concentrate on the public facing stuff and since then I’ve actually changed role again and I’m almost entirely working on media/external affairs/marketing side of the org.

Salary has stepped-up quite nicely in the process too - although I think they are still getting a pretty good deal out of me!

I’d suggest you take it a lot slower - start with one drop for a week or so, then up it to two, run another week and up it again. Then back-off a bit and dose up and down over maybe a slightly shorter scale (say three days) and dose up or down or for a variety of conditions/situations till you see what works best for you.

My guess is you will find you have a couple of effective doses depending on the people and situations you encounter in work.

Then once you have your basic dose or dose range that covers most things, you can look at adding steering to fine-tune things further - IS, IH and P74 are absolutely invaluable secondaries at times in my workplace, although I do try to work off a single A314 dose most of the time simply because when applied over lotion, it lasts all day and it saves managing topups/reapplications etc.
