So after about a month of consistently wearing A314 at work, and not seeing much effects, I get a call to see my manager. He pretty much tells me that in the last month he noticed that I started stepping up and going above and beyond in the work I do. he also says that everyone at work respects me, and he is recommending me to have my own Department. I don’t know what he was talking about because I haven’t done anything different that i can remember that would make him think that highly of me. He also never said anything to me in the past month.
Long story short, I am up against 3 others for the Department head Job. I will be in a room with a panel of 5 executives. I’m the only non-supervisor going for this position. The other 3 are already supervisors. Couldit be a disadvantage that they have the leadership experience over me? Maybe, but for my boss to recommend me has to make me think it wasn’t just my good looks that got me there. The interview is in about 3 weeks. A314 is a given, I’ll probably add IH to the mix for the interview. I will report the results in 2 weeks.
To the people with questions on if A314 works, the results might not be instantaneous. My suggestion is keep using it, and people will notice something different out of you. I can honestly say I don’t remember doing anything different at work, but if my boss recommends me to head my own division over my current supervisor, I gotta believe the mones have something to do with it.
