Kudos to MHarris for the latest A314 version! I’m very impressed! This must be the 3rd or 4th version I’ve had the pleasure of using since I first discovered the original a few years ago. The original version was revolutionary…took me a while to figure out exactly what it did, at first…despite the apparent fact that it was indeed impacting my mixes in a positive way…also took a while to convince ppl of it’s merits…especially since I couldn’t describe exactly how it worked, in the beginning.
The original definitely produced some dramatic spacing effects, something which has greatly improved throughout it’s evolution. The latest version is by far the most “comfortable” and it feels much more finely honed/polished…it has matured. To me it seems firm w/out being overbearing…it exudes sophistication. I have experienced plenty of IOIs and it seems even more “crushy” than ever before. I have noticed that it not only has the telltale postural effect that I expect from A314, but my movements seem much more fluid/graceful…and ssslllooowww…it seems almost impossible to rush hurriedly when using it. lol On average, my sales have doubled at work since I started using the newest A314…suggestive sales and upsells are far easier and more frequent. In many cases, my customers kinda act as if it were an honor to let me sell them something. lol The other sales staff treat me w/ great respect and are far more cooperative…except for…the “sharks”…who stay away.
S2H, I’m new around here and I’ve been looking for a post/thread like this. I own a retail store, things are pretty good but I’ve been looking for something to give me a boost mentally as the “burnout” factor has slowly been creeping up on me. a314 sounded like a good place to start. I plan on starting slow say a drop a day then move up to 2 and then stop a few days to see if I can tell what’s going on. Can you give your thoughts on this stuff and retailing or direct me to the thread I can’t seem to find. Thanks!
Far as i know A314 has proved time and time again to be excellent for salespeople.Thats the way start at one drop and move up till you find your sweet spot
I think you’ll find that A314 will make suggestive sales and upselling far more effective. One or 2 drops should suffice. Too much A314 could actually work against you…you may notice that customers tend to shy away from you as they’re respect for your personal space is increased. You need to initiate contact and make an extra effort to be friendly/at ease. Once they’re comfortable, they take suggestions/direction well…they tend to respect your opinion more. I would recommend that you combine it w/ a feel good product. My preference is mx136, but Instant Openness should work well also. Take it easy on the Instant Openness because you may find that they wanna monopolize your time and gab too much. I’ve tried throwing Instant Honesty into the mix thinking that it would increase the likelihood that customers would reveal they’re needs, but found it to be counter effective…that is, they will be honest about the fact that they can’t really afford something. It’s much easier to upsell w/out such matters at the forefront of their consciousness.
As far as a mental boost, don’t look to A314 to resolve that matter for you. Something like Instant Shine may help since it contains TAF or the Alpha Androstenol in Instant Openness may help. I find that mx136 provides a great mental boost for me…gives me a “sunny” disposition and more mental focus.
I’ve worm A314 several times a week for the past 9 months, mostly at work (usually 3-4 drops). First, I think it’s an effective product for business: helps foster a fatherly air of authority, making for a clear chain of command for managers and respectful and prompt communication. It has the most obvious results on new hires and casual acquaintances. Those near to you on a daily basis–close family and friends–will gradually get used to it and develop a tolerance. If you’re wearing it for self-medication, you too will quickly develop tolerance and feel little to nothing after a few weeks of daily use.
Like other “authority” enhancing products, you need to have the persona and social standing to back it up. Acting wimpy but wearing a phero signature of an older authority figure can get you in trouble.
Personally I found using pheromones for self-medication useless except for emergency use. Why? The fading effect demands higher doses and undermines the primary purpose of pheromone use, effecting those around you, possibly with negative results (e.g. OD). I’ve used so much I can’t get a buzz off anything except possibly mega doses for OD entertainment.
To counter the tolerance my coworkers develop, I rotate between 4 or 5 mixes, and occasionally toss in a wild card mix. It keeps you fresh and them from becoming complacent.
I’m on my 2nd bottle of Shine and have yet to feel any emotional or mood boosting properties at any dose from 1 to 12 sprays. However if it makes my non-pheromone using friends feel slightly better, I guess the subtle boost is worthwhile.
I agree Gegogi, a314 is a good product, but you need to wear it with confidence and a sense of power, unless you have those skills or attributes, wearing a314 is pretty useless in my opnion, a nice set of clothes would do well to, a31+sandles, and surfery or feral type apparel = not a good vibe
I wore A314 to a football game last week and this old man (probably in his 70’s) who scanned tickets at the entrance started a whole convo with me. He first questioned whether it was my first time at the team’s games, etc. I answer no… he answers.. of course not.. you’re a VETERAN… you’ve been coming here your whole life… boy was that a surprise…
On the other hand, I want to try A314 to get into 21+ clubs/bars… anyone have good experience with this?
S2H, Thanks for your thoughtful reply and suggestions. I’m in sporting goods and have a great base of customers who love my store and respect me, but sometimes it’s good to do something that makes the regulars wonder what you changed around. I think I phrased the mental boost thing wrong, but I will try shine soon and mx136 at some point in the future. Well we’ll see.

Interesting that you should say that…I get the A314 effect no matter what I’m wearing. I’ve even had ppl assume that I was a millionare (lol) even when dressed way down. Then again, I always carry myself w/ confidence, A314 or not…A314 just seems to accentuate things and I think that applies to my body language, as well as the perceptions of others.
S2H, have you found a LITTLE BIT of Androstenone useful in helping to close the deal with sales? I didn’t have access to A314 when I was in sales as a part-time job during my time at uni, and found Androstenone (not too much at a time obviously) to be the most useful thing to wear (it needed ‘buffers’ of course such as Androsterone, Alpha-Androstenol, etc.) for that reason. It definitely helped close deals with both cheaper and bigger ticket items though I wondered if the customers would return the goods often as it seemed to create plenty of ‘impulse buying’.
Oh and from what I saw you are right on too much Instant Openness not being such a great thing for sales. I remember an early 20s guy who definitely seemed to have a high Alpha-Androstenol-like signature and he was always chatting away to the customers but could not close sales for the life of him. On the other hand, I had a couple of early 20s high Androstenone guys working with me, and they closed the sales brilliantly and often, even on big ticket items. The high Alpha-Androstenol guy was generally well liked by the staff whereas the high Androstenone guys made staff members nervous and weren’t very well liked by the staff. But who cares right they were making the big sales.
Not one to use Androstenone when I was doing sales, but not because of the job. It had more to do w/ the fact that there were kids involved in my live-in relationship. Androstenone + kids = bad news. Only used it on occasion and only for sexual purposes. I suppose that it could improve one’s sales, but I could see how it might also increase return rates as well. I could see how someone might purchase due to intimidation and experience buyer’s remorse later.
With A314 it seemed that the trust n respect factor played a big role in the persuasion part of the sale. I also think that if you couple that w/ the DHV factor and the fact that people feel the need to be impressive, it helped w/ upselling. It’s amazing how a simple and casual statment like, “now if you really wanna impress your friends…” could be a powerful motivator to upgrade. You’re not insisting or being pushy, you’re simply suggesting and planting that idea in their head. They’re likely to take it from there and run w/ it. lol
Interesting observations regarding your talkative coworker. That characteristic could indeed be due to a naturally high Alpha Androstenol production, but I think that his biggest problem had to do w/ not understanding a basic and important rule in sales. When it’s time to close you shut the hell up…he who speaks first, loses. No matter how long and uncomfortable the silence, you keep your mouth shut. In fact, the longer and more uncomfortable the silence, the better your odds of closing.
These days I’m not working in sales…gone back to a prior profession and thinking about toying w/ Androstenone in the work place again. Probably gonna try Ammo. I’m actually new to the product, so I may have to do some field testing outside of work to get a feel for it. I know the perfect target too. She’s a bartender at my hangout…a lonely milf who seems to love A314 and always focuses her attention on me. If I wear any of my mx136/Instant Shine mix she always wants to come around the bar and sit next to me/touch me in very innocent ways that also seem to express intimacy. She’ll blow off her customers to shoot a few games of pool w/ me. Oh…and she won’t let me tip her. lol This place should prove to be an interesting testing ground. Lots of bikers who clear out when I show up…the military types are highly respectful and tend to buy me beers. The owners have kinda adopted me too…except they insist on calling me Todd for some reason. lol
Not sure how it will go over at work though. These days I’m only using one drop of A314 and a spray of my mx136/Instant Shine mix. It seems that 2 drops is too much for some of my coworkers…I’ve even noticed a couple of people keep a 3-5 ft. bubble around me…granted they also strike me as very supplicant types. I get lots of respect from most at just one drop, but then again I have the professional credentials/experience alone to provide a DHV on their own. I’ve had some higher ups/influential people request me to work on some projects and had our regional manager try to steal me away my second day on the job. lol There’ve been a couple of big players come our way to pay a visit and meet me. It’s weird to hear my superior talk me up to these guys on the phone w/ me standing w/in earshot. lol
I’m curious to see how a couple of the guys react to some Anone, though. One in particular who is full of vibrato. Main reason I wanna try the Anone though is that I’ll be surrounded by coeds. I’ve gotten some decent attention/hits and am curious to see if a dash of Anone might impact things. There’s a hot eastern euro girl that seems to be sitting on the fence right now and I’m curious to see how she reacts.
