Hey guys so I wanted to share a recent experience I had at work with A314.
I work as the operations manager for a busy chiropractors office, and actually work for two Drs who share an office but have separate practices. Basically they split all the costs right down the middle regarding payroll bills and what not.
Dr. A gave me a raise about a month ago that is performance based upon patient retention, I should mention I always wear A314 to work when I have any pheromones on and will tweak my sig depending on what I feel like doing for that day. The raise was pretty out of the blue I didn’t ask or hint about wanting one but it was much appreciated, and was based upon certain levels and the pay increases as I get more people to schedule. He had one stipulation not to let others in the office know about the raise as they would all then want one (its a family run clinic) even the other Dr. (Dr. B) as he would surely say something.
So the part that I feel A314 REALLY plays into is when (after letting Dr. A know I wasn’t going to talk about his raise he gave me) I approached Dr. B about giving me a similar raise without letting him know I already got one from Dr. A’s side of the practice (this is all really convoluted I know bare with me here). I approached him after putting on 2 drops A314 2 sprays Ammo, and 4 sprays ISx4, and talked to him about the getting a raise (This was also the first time I have ever asked them for one). He was VERY receptive to the idea, in fact thought it would be a great way to track his weekly numbers and see how effective I was. The part that really got me however was I purposely didn’t ask for a certain value or even the same value as the other Dr. was going to pay I let him decide on what HE thought would be fair. As it turned out he offered me double what the other Dr. had offered (which was already generous as a first raise)!!! I couldn’t believe it.
I know that my previous performance had a lot to do with getting the raise but I believe that the A314 added the extra bump that showed Dr. B that I was worth double what Dr. A had done for me (a side note I wasn’t wearing any mones when Dr. A had approached me, however the next three days I did wear different mixes with A314 and he had then come back and changed the different tiers on what I would make bonuses a lots easier).
Just thought I would share this its true what others have said A314 really pays for itself if used properly!
