How old are you ???
If you over 40 you can get away with 5.0 right out of the gate. Other wise stick to 2.5 till you know your dosage.

How long before ???
That depends on what your doing. If its a date then apply right before you leave to meet her so the arousal can build up. Its lasts about 4 to 6 hours with the most effective period being in the first 4. Do read up on anone products though because you dont want to over do these. You could get the OD effect.
