So i’m not going to spell out my life story on this forum, but I’m 21 and never had a girlfriend or even kissed a girl before. I asked my friends for some help, and they recommend phermones to me about a year ago, at first I was skeptical, but I found the site and introduced myself. Steve, recommend I work on myself and improving my confidence as I saw myself as an “ugly guy” ,but in reality this was only the opinion of stuck-up or unattractive high school girls. Turn Up The Heat is usually reserved until a girl is comfortable with you and you want to steer things in a sexual direction. IJ can be very sexy to a woman, but use it with caution. Take every other day off from mones. Your first day using, use one spray IJ. Wait a day, then the second day wearing them spray two sprays. Hmmm… TUTH is usually suggested for when you’re closing the deal, and IJ can come across as attractive but it may need to be toned down a bit with something that makes it social.
I know you’ve already made your purchase, but you might wanna look into IG and Ammo. IG give you a respect vibe, but approachable it’s not as “serious” as A314 (which you should get as soon as you can afford to)
Ammo, is a great attraction formula, basically what you thought TUTH was gonna do for you. While its sexual, its not in your face sexual like TUTH. TUTH can be intimidating for females your age and younger, whereas ammo is buffered a bit.
A great mix would be something like IG or A314 + Ammo. If you can afford more then IG / A314 + Ammo + IH the amount of sprays would depend upon your sweet spot testing.
But since you’ve only got the IJ and TUTH…I don’t know what to say.
edited to add: This company’s great and usually they toss in a freebie like a togo of something that would compliment your recent purchase. Something tells me if you do get a freebie tossed in it will be something like IG, IO, or IH. the IO and IH can help tone down the IJ, making you an approachable “bad boy.”
Your age, Instant Gentlemen would work better off. Instant Jerk might be too polar for you. It really does take someone some practice to get the nuiances for Androstenone. Go with the feel good social pheromones, then go for the jerk.
don’t let the opinion of others bring you down man, its hard at times i know i’ve gone through constant heckling before by girls but at the end of the day you’ll end up being the winner. usually its insecurity on their part that they act out like that. but anyway i had a friend who let me try AMMO, and TUTH the first time using it i got GREAT results and i do mean GREAT lol. im a novice just like you at the mones so i’ll keep you updated on my progress, and this is a great site for mone info, Peace.
Given that you say you’re totally inexperienced with women, you could run into some trouble with IJ. I haven’t used it myself but it’s said to give the user an aura of arrogance. That sounds pretty hard to live up to if some woman really goes for that very thing and you’re still looking for your first kiss…

I don’t think you should be too worried (if you are worried?) about the whole no girlfriend thing! Some people are late starters, I have a friend that is also my age (21) that used to be REALLY bothered about lack of girlfriend and lack of sex. He learnt (rather I taught him) that it didn’t really matter. He’s now a proper ladies man! The first women he was with was attracted by the fact he was a virgin
As for pheromones, as a NOOB myself, I can see IG, IO/IH and ammo working for you. Possibly some IS too to put you in a positive and happy mindset.
Remember though, you DO have to do some of the work yourself! Especially with girls our age who are generally somewhat self concious too!

P.S as for the ugly guy thing, forget them! Getting a good looking girl isn’t all about looks, check out some of the oddly matched couples when you’re out. As long as your personality has enough about it, you can have anyone!

Consider certain behaviors on a sliding scale with the middle being ideal.
At one extreme is total loathing and low self esteem. This says everything that it implies.
At the other extreme is in your face arrogance, this is usually put off by people that feel inadequate but put on a facade thinking it will make people believe the opposite of them. It rarely works and comes across instead as insecure and approval seeking.
But comfortably in the middle, genuine authentic confidence. Something real and solid that the people you interact with will sense on a gut level and respond to.
Likewise there’s the total capitulating doormat.
At the other end unrestrained aggression, again these are people that usually have a deep fear of loss and will react when they feel that they are risk of losing something…including respect. But as usual the fear at the root of the aggressive behavior betrays itself for what it is…an outburst inspired by fear.
But once again comfortably in the middle in solid, but diplomatic assertiveness.
Now, that said I think given your age the high none products might be a bit much. Maybe a single spray of TuTH if you were to buffer it with a shot each of IG and IO. Jerk I think might be good if you used a spray of IO and maybe two sprays of Instant Shine.
