IH and IO are the products most commonly called “socials” because they do so much to help out conversations. You still have to let people know your receptive, by something like saying “hi.” Once people know they’re not intruding they respond quit well to these.
IG gives a capable, comforting masculine aura. It may help with your shyness and help you focus on others without so much self-consciousness.

i found that instant shine works well for people when it comes to confidence issues. since pepole around you would be more open to conversing with you.
instant openness would also be a great choice for that reason. i had more success myself with instant openness. i def. noticed people trying to talk to me more and trying harder to make small talks with me..

Thank you guys for a warm welcome and good advices. Well, I would like to give a try on Instant Shine. Can I use it at the office? Do I need to use a combination for social pheros? I just want to make more friends and find the right girl for me. I can’t say a word in front of a beautiful woman, thats why I’m relying on pheros to overcome my shyness.
Lastly, Can you suggest some good and tested combos?

The others have already given you some really good advice about the social phero’s I like to call “the communicators” (IO, IH, CTTM2).
Instant Shine is one of my absolute favourites, if you only get one phero that’s the one to get in my opinion. IS is great for boosting your confidence and mood as self-effects, but the effects on others is similarly brilliant. IS does exactly what it says on the bottle; it makes you shine! It gives you a youthful, happy and approachable vibe…it not only makes people comfortable around you, it makes them want to be around you.
IS is great as a stand alone, as well as in combination with other phero’s. It’s suitable for everyday use, (e.g the office) but it can also be used to add a bit of shine to a going out combo.
