I have been browsing through the forums for quite some time now, and am totally entranced and would like to try my hand at some confidence-boosting pheros. I have heard so many good reviews/tests/experiences on products like Instant Openness, Instant Shine, ISa/b, P74, MX135, and so many others!
I am a 19 year old woman and live and go to school in Anchorage. I recently moved to Anchorage from a very isolated part of Alaska (a.k.a "the bush) and am having a hard time being social and breaking the ice with new people. I’m that girl who is always attentive and alert and smiley in class, but who never really talks to anyone because I’m a bit shy to break that ice. I love talking and making friends, don’t get me wrong, but it also freaks me out a bit! I have never really had to do this before!
I am excited to try some phero to help me get over this little problem.
Now… which one to sample first?! I was thinking some instant shine, maybe some Mx135.
I would really like something with self-effects too. I want to feel more fund and confident myself, and seem that way to others.

This is a really awesome place, you’ll have so much fun chatting to people and learning about phero’s.
What are you hoping to use phero’s for? General social situations, dating, work/studies etc? Who are your main targets? Friends, family, co-workers, that special someone?
If you are a bit on the shy side then I agree you should look at Instant Shine….It’s a fabulous all-rounder that does exactly what it says on the bottle….it makes you shine! It will boost your mood and confidence and gives you a happy, youthful and approachable vibe. It’s great to use on its own as well as in a combo 
Mx135 is awesome! It’s miss popularity in a bottle, makes you the centre of attention
IS/a is also fab for giving you sexy confidence
Hi and welcome! I recently had a friend move to Anchorage from the mainland and he says he loves it.
I would also recommend on top of your own and Xiphoid’s suggestions you try Instant Openness as well. It can make people more chatty around you, and can be useful in your case because of your shyness. Instant shine will also give you the confidence to unlock that inner confidence.
I usually also have people take a look at the womens pheromone guide in my signature, but it looks that you have done your homework, and wont be needed. Very good introduction. I hope you enjoy your pheromone journey!

I am glad Xiphoid has already been here - Iknow the ladiesproducts - mre or less - but i always prefer one of the ladies with experience with them to actaully give that advice.
After that if you are looking to help break the ice IO and Ishine as already mentioned are just the thing. IO as you seem to be aware will help with general chatty type conversations and Shine will help the people around you feel happier. And that can often lead to some conversations as happy people are often talkative people.
Just remember - even with all these pheros you will still need to reach out a little to people or try to make it easier for them to engage you in conversations.

I want to use these in general social situations for the time being, to get used to pheros and just what they do. Soon (if I get accepted that is), I am going to enter a very male-dominated school and industry, and would love to try phero as a way to earn some respect. (Mx134 !)
I’m not too big into the dating scene, but damn. I might try it again now (lol!)

IS is a great choice to start with! When you get the gift certificate you have an extra $25 to play with so why don’t you get to-go bottles of IS/a and IO as well?
Best of luck with school/college, fingers crossed you get in. I work in a very male dominated field and I’ve found that the alpha woman type phero’s work best for me at work as they give me respect from my colleagues. I have tried using the softer TAH heavy mixes that are kittenish and feminine, and although they are awesome for me for dating etc, they definitively don’t work for me at work. They guys treat me like a little barbie and try and walk all over me so I never use IS/b at work…
Anyhoo… once you get your phero goodies have fun testing them. Make sure you try them separately first to get the hang of what each one does before you start with mixes. Looking forward to reading about your phero adventures!

Always remember that pheromones only work to bring out what is already there. Confidence is a key factor to have in any man or woman’s life. I hope this forum along with the pheromones assist in getting you where you want to be.
