Am I alone in thinking Steve is the best pick-me-up ever?

One of my favorite past times is searching the forum for Steve’s posts. He always makes me smile, and reading his posts makes me wish I had some creative writing ability. I’d love to use him in a novel.

Just recently I read on of his posts - the most creative pick up strategy I ever heard of - when Steve went into a Victoria’s Secret and crumpled up panties and threw them on the floor - to see how they’d look - before he bought them. Of course, he ended up with the sales lady’s phone number.

(And now we will probably see tons of SteveO wanabes all inundating Victoria Secret stores, crumpling up panties and throwing them everywhere, annoying the staff, and getting zero phone numbers, never realizing there will always only be ONE SteveO.)

Exceptional, spontaneous, funny, creative - you can’t bottle any of that.

Anyway, I am very grateful that he continues to share his adventures with us, continues to inform and entertain, and that he continues to make me laugh until the tears flow.

Awesomeness!

Diane

lol yeah, he sure is an inspiration.

LOL, well thanks.

I did get busted on here by my friends BFF a few months ago. Her and my new interests name were all over the forum. Now I just use initials or made up names all together and never detail the bedroom anymore. Some Memphis laides have some unique names. This girl took it pretty good, but gives me a hard time about it all the same.

I’ve gotten hate reps from some users, nasty PM’s from users, accused of being a fraud, lied about and cursed to name but a few. I have adventures because I go about living life as an adventure.

Anyone who’s successful at something in life (or successful at life as the case may be) is going to come under some criticism. To avoid criticism you’d have to lock yourself in your house and never leave. Ironically those who do criticize are the ones locked in there own houses all day jealous of everyone who isn’t. Steve’s posts are the best but the coolest thing is he still has time to help n00bs and intermediates like me. And yeah I’m always scared of someone coming on here and being able to identify me from my journal posts.

Eek…wow, sorry to hear that Steve. But I agree with Wildflower, people who are more successful often get harshly criticized. I’m learning about it at school right now, where everything is competition, it’s insane.

Anyhow, I’ve been trying to pick up Steve for lust after me for a long time but miserably failed lol! :stuck_out_tongue: my efforts get ignored lol!

Not anymore they won’t

Whew tell me about it. Meet ya in the garage later

I have been accused, lied about, cursed and criticised a lot as well Steve. It comes with the territory. Let it roll off you back. Well you know that, its what you tell me when I call you to tell you about it. It comes with the territory especially as moderator and adviser here.

He always makes me feel better though

I agree with this to but Msselva remember being successful also means being able to stand up to that criticism and succeed despite it. In a way those people at school or where ever you meet them who are competitive are pushing you to greatness. Some may do it out of jealousy and some do it because they know by doing so they fuel the fire to help that person achieve greatness. Its how they/you react to that fuel that shows what we are made of. You need to look at it from a positive stand point. To many people only see the negative.
