hello everyone, I’ve been spraying ammo on lately, one spray and everytime I spray it I feel less talkative than usual. I do notice the effects on women and I actaully did two today and got a friend starting to get annoyed by everything I said, I’m assuming OD. Anyways, I’m not sure if its a problem cause whenever I get one spray I also feel like I’m the man and I feel less awkward in situations, but I feel very weird like if I can’t talk but I’m usually pretty chatty (sometimes to a negative extent making myself look women-like), could this be a positve or negative?

It feels like another person is in on the conversation, or something prevents you from talking. I don’t necessarily get it with ammo persay, but with other pheromones sometimes. Other times I feel SUPER talkative. Keep in mind it may have to do with how you become observant knowing that something is modifying everyones behaviour and only you know about it.
Once you are comfortable with this, you can become fully present and engage in conversation normally.

This happens to me too! If you are like me, you may be better off with a product higher in adrosterone. Ammo and TUTH kinda make me nervous sometimes and others make me more introverted. Maybe when it comes back in stock a shot of IG may help. I have A314 and it is amazing! It will definitely still give you that “im the man” vibe. Its subtle but attraction hits are still there and no negative feelings at all. How old are you though? As a teen, I think I have a relatively high -none output and thats probably why I benefit from the -rone. Maybe you too have a high output. Try a half shot of Ammo and see how that works? Or maybe if you spray to your neck try your wrists to not get a concentrated whiff.
With regular use you get used to and the self-effects will gradually fade. I never feel anything different when I wear mones. Nuttin’ Zip.
I recall loading up on TE for the first few times and feeling tight jawed and high strung. Felt like I was about to implode one moment but bursting with nervous energy another. Increased heart rate, sweat, the works. Each time I used it I got a little more relaxed until it was business as usual and I’d forget I was wearing it (save the bizarre hits).
yeah thanks for the responses. I’m going to keep trying it I guess. I am a teenager, 19 to be exact and I’m Asian if thats important. But how do you give yourself a half shot? It’s so hard to to squeeze the ammo bottle and when I do, I always get a full shot.
hmm… I don’t get anything like that with Ammo. Maybe with 10 shots of TUTH, lol. On the other hand, girls become much more flirtatious and talkative, I don’t know why 
You can transfer some to an atomizer with smaller output. My fav is the Sephora atomizer. The sliver one that looks like a lipstick case has a finer mist and is easier to “half press” than those large 30ml bottles. Even a full plunge is about 1/3 less volume than the 30ml bottle. The Sephora atomizer that looks like a chrome bullet or mini vibrator has an ever smaller output but is pricey. Or just use a togo. They have slightly less output than the 30ml but not a fine mist like a Sephora. Not as easy to half press too.
