Ammo (FF21) REALLY smells like Tide detergent!!!!!

I have been hearing that Ammo comes in two flavors, FF21 or FF22, where people have said that FF22 smells like a “masculine musk” and FF21 smells like “tide detergent”. I thought people were joking when they said Ammo FF21 smells like tide detergent, but Wow, it really really REALLY does smell like Tide detergent!!!

Excuse me for asking, but does anyone know why Androtics would release something that clearly smells like laundry soap?? It seems to me that this smell could have been replaced with a hundred other appealing scents. It’s hard for me to imagine anyone approving this smell!

BTW, if I ever do order Ammo in the future, does anyone know if Androtics will let me choose my own scent? The website lets me pick the “strength”, but I see no place to choose my scent. Can I still pick the old Game scent or neroli for my Ammo??

(I still love ya Androtics…I just didn’t like the Tide smell of FF21!)

Go to the scent custimization area. You can’t have game anymore but you can have akuto, F20-22 and neroli. It cost 15 dollars as usual.

P.S. It actually costs an extra 5 dollars to change the scent of Ammunition to bring to the total of 70 dollars total due to the 20 dollar customization.

Anyone know if we can still get Ammo world edition?

World addition is available – Due a search for it in the store and it shows up.

You sure can!

I think it smells strong in the bottle, but after you apply it it dries down very nicely. Have you actually worn it yet? I have gotten compliments on it a few times. I don’t know what FF22 smells like, but I just received MX353 as a gift and its in that scent so I can compare soon.

i’ve been hearing from just about every girl that makes mention of the smell of FF21 that they like it. Some say it smells “fresh” “clean” “really, really nice” and one even said it smells like Curve for Men.

There really isn’t any way for me to influence the reactions to the scents because i can barely smell anything at all (have basically lost most of my sense of smell over the last few years).

Honestly i’ve never heard a negative reaction to FF21 yet.

Why would AD release it?
Because girls love it. I have no clue why. I personally hate the scent. It smells like detergent and everytime I put it on I worry i’m gonna turn girls off by smelling like soap. But just scent-wise, every girl I have talked to loves it. Unless the 'mones influence them into thinking they like the scent, at which point my theory falls apart

Hi

Can you tell me where you got the MX353 from ??
Just wondered, as been waiting ages for it to re-appear & it’s not avail at the shop, that all ??
Was it a gift from here or from a friend ??

thx

It was a gift in my last order.

I have to agree- for some reason the women (late 20’s Caucasian women) seem to like the smell. All I did was just walk into the room and then pow- “wow, what’s that smell- I like it.” The smell for me doesn’t die down- it remains the Irish spring soapy smell. At first I thought it must be the FF21 scent that led to her response. Then, I started wondering whether the -none in AMMO (or another -mone) was contributing to this. Girls seem to love TUTH on me. Therefore, I used 2 sprays of IG, 2 sprays of IH, 1 spray of A1 (12.5mcg), 2 sprays of TUTH, and 1 spray of p83 (10mcg) with Creed silver mountain water (- 6 dabs of a sample vial) on my wrists and neck. This is a variation of Snoopyace’s mix from another thread. Again, I got the same response from the same girl- all I had to do was get within 5 feet of her and out of the blue she’s like, “I love that smell.” Her face lit up with her eyes wide open and a big grin- upon leaving she’s asked “where are you going, do you have to go?” I’ve noticed that when TUTH hits, it hits- in terms of liking my scent. Certainly, testing the theory properly would be to use TUTH alone. The AMMO (in the FF21 scent) doesn’t give me these responses consistently though.
