I’m reading people putting on what seems like obscene amounts of product… Like 2x Ammo, 1x TUH, 2x IO etc
I find that even one hit of Ammo carries a really strong scent… Almost to the point of being overbearing, at two hits I just become really self conscious that I reek of cologne. Is it just in my head (as I normally don’t wear cologne)? I can’t see how people are putting 4-6 sprays of product on without everyone else being like WTF is with that guy dousing himself in cologne??!
It is always way too strong for the first 20 minutes. The intensity dies down fast. Also, many people apply 1 x AMMO, and re apply 5 hours later another AMMO. They won’t necessarily apply everything all from the start.
Well the smell really dies down after about 15 min. And its best to buy stuff like ammo in 2x which means twice the pheromones with the same amount of fragrance. Most products on here come in 2x or more.
It also depends on the area you’re in. Case in point, where SteveO lives, folks aren’t too keen on cologne so heavy doses can be quite noticeable. For some people, cologne doesn’t dry down quite the same. Ammo for me: two sprays is more than enough and it still carries a heavy silage. For me at least.
I too feel the same way. It even had me self-conscious at times but I really try to not think about it too much. Walking around self-conscious just isn’t fun for me. The scent also tends to give me a slight headache so recently I’ve been applying it where I won’t really smell it.

I usually apply ammo on my neck but tried it on my wrist the other night just to be able to see how the scent changes over time. I found that it smelled way too strong for about an hour but after that I really liked it. Not only was it OK but I actually liked it a lot. Now I understand why the ladies keep saying it smells good. I haven’t been able to tell, because when it’s on my neck I can only smell it for the first few minutes while it’s pretty bad.
I hope that the new stealth diffusion technology will make it into an customizion option …
