If you’re using Ammo at the work place, yes it is the wrong product. Ammo is a sexual product and is inappropriate for the workplace. You’re better off using products like IS, IH, IO and of course the gold standard A314 for an Alpha vibe. Read up on the different mones for different situations at these threads
Update - Okay looks like you were using Ammo at outside social situations with coworkers. In that case you might have OD’d even at 1 spray of Ammo. You can try to buffer that with IS and/or IO to mellow the effects of Ammo. Maybe try half a spray of ammo (is it regular strength or 2X?). You should really test for your sweet spot.
