Yes … keep testing that combo, and take notes.
At 18, you may be able to drop the AMMO to 1 spray for testing purposes. In fact, 1 spray should have been what you started out with. I’d give every combo/product a good week run before switching up. But that’s just me.

What he means is that even with a good combination you might not see immediate results. Keep testing the same combo for a week in public (respray the Ammo after washing the rest away every morning). If you don’t see results after a week, the mix is likely not the best for you - so you can change it, as in less or more Ammo for example and retest for a week.
Also: as a starter, I suggest you don’t use multiple products at the same time without having found what works for you with the products you have (as in dosage).
